Reporting to Manager Long Term Gas Procurement
RESPONSIBILITES
Secure gas supplies from Russia/ the Caspian Sea/CIS.
Responsible for preparing and leading contract negotiations.
Develop existing, and establish new customer relationships
Operative mentoring of contractual relationships. Day-to-day management of contractual relationships
Interface to the International Transport Department concerning transit and transport requirements.
Identify and capture short term gas procurement and optimization opportunities
Regional focus: Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe
EDUCATION
FH [university of applied sciences] or university degree: business, engineering or science
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3- 5 years operational experience from the European gas business.
Fluent in English. Another eastern European language(preferably Russian) an advantage
Extensive understanding of gas supply contracts and pricing mechanisms
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with high integrity
Cross cultural competence
Ability to independently identify and leverage commercial opportunities
