General characteristics of insulation materials :
1. Polyurethane : reaction to fire B2 class according to EN 13501-1 and DIN 4102,
density 38(±2)kg/m³ according to EN 1620, DIN 53420, heat resistance within 
-200°C and +100°C, vapor resistance between 30 and 100 according to EN 12086
and DIN 4590, closed cell percentage of 95% according to EN14509 and DIN4590,
mechanical strength within 100 Kpa and 400Kpa according to  EN1607 and
DIN18159, water absorption 2% in 168 hours according to EN ISO 354 and
ASTM E203, heat transfer coefficient  0,022 W/mK according to EN12939 and ASTMC518

2. Glasswool : It ensures thermal and acoustic insulation, acoustic regulation as
well as fire safety. It is an A class fireproof material according to German standard
DIN 4102 and TS EN 13501-1. Its declared thermal conductivity coefficient is λ≤ 0,040 W/mK.
Vapor diffusion resistance factor is µ=1.  It is used within the temperature interval
of -50 / +250ºC. Fiberglass products, which do not contain binder, may be used up
to 500°C. Sizes are stabile even if it is exposed to temperature and humidity.
It does not deteriorate in the course of time. Deterioration, molding, corrosion and
rust formation do not occur. It cannot be destroyed by insects and microorganisms.
It is not hygroscopic and capillary. It is manufactured under the license of
Saint – Gobain Is over, France TEL. It has EUCEB certificate. It is subject to the
standard of TS 901-1 EN 13162.

Coating works :
Frames and corner beams are coated by oven-drying RAL 2004 (Clean orange).
It is resistant against rust formation.

Standards For Bottom Frame :
- Thickness of bottom frame sheet is 3 mm. Profiles are manufactured from ST 37
by chip-free manufacturing methods in roll-form or press machinery. Tolerances are
specified by considering this manufacturing method and machinery. Bottom frame
is manufactured by seamless manufacturing technology except eyebolts. Lower
eyebolts are fixed to the bottom frame by Corgon gas metal arc welding and then, s
eams are corroded within our standards.

- Lower eyebolts are manufactured from sheets with a thickness of 4 mm.

–Thickness of box profiles, which are used for facilitating assembly and support, is 2 mm.

– Cement-base chipboard (betopan) used in the floor: sizes 1250 mm x 1000 mm
x 14 mm, flame proof (B1 DIN 4102 part), density ~1300 kg/mm³. Thermal conductivity
coefficient 0.15 W/mK, resistance against perpendicular to the surface 9N/mm²  and
elasticity module 4500N/mm²

– Betopan is fixed to the box profiles by galvanized screws.

– Vinyl, which is used in floor coating, is 2 mm and attached by a special glue.

- 3 mm epoxy application is applied in toilet and shower containers.

Standards For Top Frame
:
- Thickness of top frame sheet is 3 mm. Profiles are manufactured from ST 37 by chip-free 
manufacturing methods in roll-form or press machinery.Top frame is manufactured by 
seamless manufacturing technology except eyebolts. Upper eyebolts are fixed to the top
 frame by Corgon gas metal arc welding and then, seams are corroded within our standards.

– Thickness of eyebolts is 4 mm.

– Thickness of the locking galvanized sheet, which is placed on the top frame, is 0.50 mm.
The edges coinciding with the top frame are assembled by tight-lock roof system.

– Wall thickness of box profiles is 1.2.

– Insulation is insured by placing 80 mm glasswool between the transverse and longitudinal
box profiles in the top frame (It is applied according to the glasswool’s 1.1.3.2.2 article)

- PVC panels, which are used in coating inside walls, are manufactured in our factory.
Sizes are 250 mm x 2278 mm x 10 mm.

– Assembly characteristics: Top frame is fixed to the corner beams by nut screw.
Due to this design, top frame is completely dismountable and may be opened.

Standards for corner beams
:
– Corner beams are manufactured from 3 mm DKP sheet by chip-free manufacturing
methods in our roll-form or press machinery. Tolerances are specified considering this
manufacturing method and machinery. Manufacturing is made in tolerances of +0, -6m.

– Corner beams are fixed to eyebolts of top and bottom frames with nut screws.
There are 4 corner beams in total.

– Downspouts with a diameter of 50 mm are placed into corner beams to discharge storm water.

– 8 of nut screws in total are used for each corner beam by placing 4 nut screws per side.
These screws allow seamless connection to bottom and top frames.

Walls :
– Outer wall height is 2270 mm. Inner wall height is 2300 mm.

– Insulation of sandwich panels is ensured by polyurethane with a thickness of
50 mm.

– Width of the sandwich panel is 1149 mm.

– Sheets are coated with RAL 9002 polyester paint. Thickness of coating is 20 microns and
thickness of the primer is 7 microns.

– 14 piece sandwich panels in total are used for each container. 2 sandwich panels in short
corners and 5 of them in long corners are used.

– Sheet thickness of outer surface is 0.50 mm and it is 0.40 mm for inner surface.
It is made of 3 mm rolled trapezoid galvanized sheet.

– Quality of the sheet in use: DX51 D+Z ( EN10327, DIN 17162/1&2, ASTM A653 ), tensile strength
max. 500 N/mm² ( EN10327, DIN 17162/1&2,ASTM A653 ), ultimate elongation min. 22 ( EN10327,
DIN 17162/1&2, ASTM A653 ), coating amount (hot dipping) 200-280 gr/m (EN10327,
DIN 17162/1&2 ASTM A653).

Doors
:
– Frames and wings of all doors are made of PVC with white colour.

- 20 mm Styrofoam is used for insulation of all doors.

– Sizes of main doors are 800 mm x 2000 mm.

- Sizes of inner doors are 700m x 2000 mm for dry floors and 650 mm x 2000 mm for wet floors.

- İTO 111R-35 is used in locking system of main doors. Handle ball bearing is 8 mm x 8 mm.
Body is coated by galvanized steel. Panel is narrow type 16 mm nickel plated. Bolt is 2-cycle and
zinc molded. Key (1#) is brass-plated zinc. Core distance is 35 mm. Central measurement is
90 mm. Bolt is zinc molded. Color, coating, number of keys, bolt and safety bolt may be
changed optionally. 

– Sizes of PVC hinges used in doors are 100 mm x 25 mm. They are coated with white
colour and available as four pieces.

Windows :
- Frames and wings of all windows are made of PVC and coated by white colour.

– Windows are single-wing and open toward inside. Sizes are 700 mm x 1100 mm.

- 4+9+4 mm thermally insulated glass

 – Sizes of transoms are 450 mm x 350 mm. They are single-wing, single-glass
and open toward inside.

- Sizes of PVC hinges used in windows are 100 mm x 25 mm. They are coated with
white colour and available as two pieces. 

Sanitary Installation :
– Sizes of pedestal sinks used in WCs are 400 mm x 500 mm. 

– Warm and cold water is available in sinks. 450 mm x 600 mm mirror, luxurious mirror set
(glass rack with chromium holders, soap and paper holders) are supplied.

– Modern type toilets is equipped with flux boxes and discharged through backward.

– Sizes of standard shower basins may be 700 mm x 700 mm or 800 mm x 800 mm..

Electrical and telephone wiring :
– Lightening cables are in type of 2 x 1.5 mm² NYM.

- Socket cables are in type of 3 x 2.5 mm² NYM.

- 2x36W fluorescent lamps were used as lightening fixture in internal place. 2x18W is
used for small places.  60W globe lamp is used in wet places as one per cabin. 

- 60W oval, weatherproof, latticed lightening fixtures are used for outdoor places.

– There are 2 power sockets, 2 telephone sockets and 2-way fuse box.

- Europen,UK or US type plugs can be provided

Details on decoration and assembly :
– Assembly rule

– Assembly of corner beams to the bottom frame is based on assembly of top frame to
the corner beams by crane. Then, sandwich panels equipped with doors and windows
are placed to complete the assembly.

– Sandwich panels are telescopic and double-wall for tightness.

– Frames are manufactured from special-bended profiles.

– Inner panels (indoor areas) are placed into U-profiles fixed to the floor by 5.5 x 25 mm
trapezoid screws.

– Lower edges of the container shall be closed by PVC joint dashboards and other edges
are closed with PVC concave profiles. 

– Joint PVC dashboard profile  70 mm

- PVC concave profile 30 mm x 30 mm x 42 mm

Packaging :
– Packages are prepared by placing temporary short corner beams between top and
bottom frames.

– Sizes of packages are (width x length x height) 2438 mm x 6058 mm x 700 mm.

– Each package contains materials to be used for itself. They are bottom frame, top frame,
4 corner beams, sandwich wall panels quipped with doors and windows, the required
electrical materials, dashboards and concave dashboards.

– 10 of such packages may be placed in a trailer truck.and 6 packages may placed in a 40’FT HC Container

– Frames are manufactured from special-bended profiles.

– Inner panels (indoor areas) are placed into U-profiles fixed to the floor by 5.5 x 25 mm
trapezoid screws.

– Lower edges of the container shall be closed by PVC joint dashboards and other edges
are closed with PVC concave profiles. 

– Joint PVC dashboard profile  70 mm

- PVC concave profile 30 mm x 30 mm x 42 mm

Packaging :
– Packages are prepared by placing temporary short corner beams between top and
bottom frames.

– Sizes of packages are (width x length x height) 2438 mm x 6058 mm x 700 mm.

– Each package contains materials to be used for itself. They are bottom frame, top frame,
4 corner beams, sandwich wall panels quipped with doors and windows, the required
electrical materials, dashboards and concave dashboards.

– 10 of such packages may be placed in a trailer truck.and 6 packages may placed in a 40’FT HC Container

General characteristics of insulation materials :
1. Polyurethane : reaction to fire B2 class according to EN 13501-1 and DIN 4102,
density 38(±2)kg/m³ according to EN 1620, DIN 53420, heat resistance within 
-200°C and +100°C, vapor resistance between 30 and 100 according to EN 12086
and DIN 4590, closed cell percentage of 95% according to EN14509 and DIN4590,
mechanical strength within 100 Kpa and 400Kpa according to  EN1607 and
DIN18159, water absorption 2% in 168 hours according to EN ISO 354 and
ASTM E203, heat transfer coefficient  0,022 W/mK according to EN12939 and ASTMC518

2. Glasswool : It ensures thermal and acoustic insulation, acoustic regulation as
well as fire safety. It is an A class fireproof material according to German standard
DIN 4102 and TS EN 13501-1. Its declared thermal conductivity coefficient is λ≤ 0,040 W/mK.
Vapor diffusion resistance factor is µ=1.  It is used within the temperature interval
of -50 / +250ºC. Fiberglass products, which do not contain binder, may be used up
to 500°C. Sizes are stabile even if it is exposed to temperature and humidity.
It does not deteriorate in the course of time. Deterioration, molding, corrosion and
rust formation do not occur. It cannot be destroyed by insects and microorganisms.
It is not hygroscopic and capillary. It is manufactured under the license of
Saint – Gobain Is over, France TEL. It has EUCEB certificate. It is subject to the
standard of TS 901-1 EN 13162.

Coating works :
Frames and corner beams are coated by oven-drying RAL 2004 (Clean orange).
It is resistant against rust formation.

Standards For Bottom Frame :
- Thickness of bottom frame sheet is 3 mm. Profiles are manufactured from ST 37
by chip-free manufacturing methods in roll-form or press machinery. Tolerances are
specified by considering this manufacturing method and machinery. Bottom frame
is manufactured by seamless manufacturing technology except eyebolts. Lower
eyebolts are fixed to the bottom frame by Corgon gas metal arc welding and then, s
eams are corroded within our standards.

- Lower eyebolts are manufactured from sheets with a thickness of 4 mm.

–Thickness of box profiles, which are used for facilitating assembly and support, is 2 mm.

– Cement-base chipboard (betopan) used in the floor: sizes 1250 mm x 1000 mm
x 14 mm, flame proof (B1 DIN 4102 part), density ~1300 kg/mm³. Thermal conductivity
coefficient 0.15 W/mK, resistance against perpendicular to the surface 9N/mm²  and
elasticity module 4500N/mm²

– Betopan is fixed to the box profiles by galvanized screws.

– Vinyl, which is used in floor coating, is 2 mm and attached by a special glue.

- 3 mm epoxy application is applied in toilet and shower containers.

Standards For Top Frame
:
- Thickness of top frame sheet is 3 mm. Profiles are manufactured from ST 37 by chip-free 
manufacturing methods in roll-form or press machinery.Top frame is manufactured by 
seamless manufacturing technology except eyebolts. Upper eyebolts are fixed to the top
 frame by Corgon gas metal arc welding and then, seams are corroded within our standards.

– Thickness of eyebolts is 4 mm.

– Thickness of the locking galvanized sheet, which is placed on the top frame, is 0.50 mm.
The edges coinciding with the top frame are assembled by tight-lock roof system.

– Wall thickness of box profiles is 1.2.

– Insulation is insured by placing 80 mm glasswool between the transverse and longitudinal
box profiles in the top frame (It is applied according to the glasswool’s 1.1.3.2.2 article)

- PVC panels, which are used in coating inside walls, are manufactured in our factory.
Sizes are 250 mm x 2278 mm x 10 mm.

– Assembly characteristics: Top frame is fixed to the corner beams by nut screw.
Due to this design, top frame is completely dismountable and may be opened.

Standards for corner beams
:
– Corner beams are manufactured from 3 mm DKP sheet by chip-free manufacturing
methods in our roll-form or press machinery. Tolerances are specified considering this
manufacturing method and machinery. Manufacturing is made in tolerances of +0, -6m.

– Corner beams are fixed to eyebolts of top and bottom frames with nut screws.
There are 4 corner beams in total.

– Downspouts with a diameter of 50 mm are placed into corner beams to discharge storm water.

– 8 of nut screws in total are used for each corner beam by placing 4 nut screws per side.
These screws allow seamless connection to bottom and top frames.

Walls :
– Outer wall height is 2270 mm. Inner wall height is 2300 mm.

– Insulation of sandwich panels is ensured by polyurethane with a thickness of
50 mm.

– Width of the sandwich panel is 1149 mm.

– Sheets are coated with RAL 9002 polyester paint. Thickness of coating is 20 microns and
thickness of the primer is 7 microns.

– 14 piece sandwich panels in total are used for each container. 2 sandwich panels in short
corners and 5 of them in long corners are used.

– Sheet thickness of outer surface is 0.50 mm and it is 0.40 mm for inner surface.
It is made of 3 mm rolled trapezoid galvanized sheet.

– Quality of the sheet in use: DX51 D+Z ( EN10327, DIN 17162/1&2, ASTM A653 ), tensile strength
max. 500 N/mm² ( EN10327, DIN 17162/1&2,ASTM A653 ), ultimate elongation min. 22 ( EN10327,
DIN 17162/1&2, ASTM A653 ), coating amount (hot dipping) 200-280 gr/m (EN10327,
DIN 17162/1&2 ASTM A653).

Doors
:
– Frames and wings of all doors are made of PVC with white colour.

- 20 mm Styrofoam is used for insulation of all doors.

– Sizes of main doors are 800 mm x 2000 mm.

- Sizes of inner doors are 700m x 2000 mm for dry floors and 650 mm x 2000 mm for wet floors.

- İTO 111R-35 is used in locking system of main doors. Handle ball bearing is 8 mm x 8 mm.
Body is coated by galvanized steel. Panel is narrow type 16 mm nickel plated. Bolt is 2-cycle and
zinc molded. Key (1#) is brass-plated zinc. Core distance is 35 mm. Central measurement is
90 mm. Bolt is zinc molded. Color, coating, number of keys, bolt and safety bolt may be
changed optionally. 

– Sizes of PVC hinges used in doors are 100 mm x 25 mm. They are coated with white
colour and available as four pieces.

Windows :
- Frames and wings of all windows are made of PVC and coated by white colour.

– Windows are single-wing and open toward inside. Sizes are 700 mm x 1100 mm.

- 4+9+4 mm thermally insulated glass

 – Sizes of transoms are 450 mm x 350 mm. They are single-wing, single-glass
and open toward inside.

- Sizes of PVC hinges used in windows are 100 mm x 25 mm. They are coated with
white colour and available as two pieces. 

Sanitary Installation :
– Sizes of pedestal sinks used in WCs are 400 mm x 500 mm. 

– Warm and cold water is available in sinks. 450 mm x 600 mm mirror, luxurious mirror set
(glass rack with chromium holders, soap and paper holders) are supplied.

– Modern type toilets is equipped with flux boxes and discharged through backward.

– Sizes of standard shower basins may be 700 mm x 700 mm or 800 mm x 800 mm..

Electrical and telephone wiring :
– Lightening cables are in type of 2 x 1.5 mm² NYM.

- Socket cables are in type of 3 x 2.5 mm² NYM.

- 2x36W fluorescent lamps were used as lightening fixture in internal place. 2x18W is
used for small places.  60W globe lamp is used in wet places as one per cabin. 

- 60W oval, weatherproof, latticed lightening fixtures are used for outdoor places.

– There are 2 power sockets, 2 telephone sockets and 2-way fuse box.

- Europen,UK or US type plugs can be provided

– Assembly rule

– Assembly of corner beams to the bottom frame is based on assembly of top frame to
the corner beams by crane. Then, sandwich panels equipped with doors and windows
are placed to complete the assembly.

– Sandwich panels are telescopic and double-wall for tightness.

– Frames are manufactured from special-bended profiles.
