DCR - Driller's Control Cabin
The Driller's control cabin offers a high qualifty workplace with ergonomic

Mud Handling system TSA 4000
The mud handling system MAT TSA 4000 is a very compact,modular package
for deep drilling operations. The recycling unit can handle a flow volume of 250 cbm/h.
The tank plant storage capacity is 110 cbm.

Mud Pumps
Triplex mud pumps are engineered for high pressure drilling service. Two units are feeding
the operation.

For easy transport and erection each pump ismounted ina standard 20ft container with a
transport width of 2.5m

Input power .... 2 x 900 kW
Nominal pressure .... 350 bar
Max. delivery rate : 2 x 2,400 I/min (total : 4,800 I/min)

The pumps are water-cooled and electrically operated. They are equipped with
- Frequency control for variable delivery rates
- Pulsation dampener on the suction side and on the pressure side
- Pop-off valve (safety valve)
- Prefiltering system
