Maintenance :
Maintenance was performed during the operation with own personnel
according tothe manufacturers guidelines.
The ship loaders began operation in March 2013 and ended operation
in April 2020.
These Shiploaders totalized 18,226.912 tons of coal. The loaders
made 218 shipments and their operating time was 8.873 hours.
During this period, preventive and corrective maintenance was performed.
Preventive maintenance was carried out based on guidelines with the
following nomenclature that states their periodicity:
PM1, Maintenance during loading.
PM2, Maintenance after loading
PM3; Monthly maintenance of electrical rooms and electrical panels on site.
PM5; Semi-annual maintenance to shiploaders
PM6; Annual maintenance to shiploaders.
PM6 Engines; Annual maintenance to electric motors of the shiploaderss.
PM6 Electrical rooms and boards; Annual maintenance to all the boards and
electrical rooms of shiploaders
