- A minimum water depth of 17 meters at low tide
- Designed to simultaneously handle 2 x VLCC
(Very Large Crude Carrier) Vessels each of 225,000 DWT
- Constructed using the highest quality British steel
- Full length oil and gas pipelines (unserviceable)
- Mooring dolphins of suitable size and strength
- Many original technical drawings available
- Additional unused deck slabs available
