industry to improve the management of drilling waste. Moving such waste
around a rig site or from a rig to a treatment and/or disposal site without spillage
is now essential.

These Drill Cuttings Skips easily meet these criteria by safely containing
drill waste, enabling transportation without fear of spillage. 

These Drill Cuttings Skips have been designed to contain drill cuttings
from all types of transfer equipment, both on and offshore.

Angled front that deflects the cuttings into the middle of the skip.

The skips are stackable

Fitted vacuum points reduce manual handling by eliminating the need for
vacuum lids.

adjustable to ensure seal.

Description :

Gas powered CHP power plant was built in 1995-1996 and commissioned in 1997. The plant
is based around a GE LM6000PA aero-derivative gas turbine. The gas turbine can supply up
to 42 Megawatts of energy with an additional 7 Megawatts being supplied from a Siemens
back-pressure steam turbine. In addition, the plant can continuously supply up to 105 tonnes
per hour of steam with short term peak capacity of 120 tonnes per hour of steam.

The gas turbine exhausts into a Nooter Erikson heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) but
also has the option to exhaust directly to the atmosphere through a blast stack. This enables
the gas turbine to be run in open cycle mode if the HRSG is not available. The HRSG has
supplementary gas burners which can be run in addition to the gas turbine or can be run
without the gas turbine by using forced draft (FD) fans to supply combustion air. This adds
considerable flexibility to the plant.

Boiler discharge pressure is 32 barg. It is then run through the Steam Turbine to give a pressure
of 4.4 barg which is used in the mill. Both the gas turbine and steam turbine alternators
are rated at 11 kV, 50 Hz.

to a Brush alternator rated at 42 MW output. The GT is capable of being fired by natural
gas or distillate fuel.

- 1 x Nooter Erikson Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) which is heated by the
exhaust gas from the GT and capable of supplementary firing with natural gas or

mixed bed units (for GT water injection) complete with all auxiliary systems including

- 2 x Bellis and Morcom 3 stage reciprocating natural gas compressors, operated as
one running unit and a spare.
- 2 x 11/11 kV transformers, each rated at 30 MVA.
- 1 x Serck Distributed Control System (DCS).
- 3 x Control and general service air compressors.
- 1 x Boiler chemical dosing system.
- 1 x CBISS Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) for monitoring and
recording stack gas emissions.
- 1 x Cooling tower complete with dump condenser cooling water pumps dosing systems
and auxiliaries. (Sale to be reviewed in final negotiation)
- 1 x installed fire detection and suppression system.
- 1 x installed gas detection system.
- All MP and LP steam pressure reducing stations and associated equipment.
- All installed cabling, transformers and switchgear associated with the above mentioned
plant. Cabling removal shall be agreed by a responsible IPWL electrical person. Metering

- Specially designed for heavy or rough work. Equipped as follows:
- Heat exchanger of a single step of 85 tubes 77 inches long and 2 inches in diameter; 30 of
these tubes are finned type, for a moreefficient heat exchanger, finned coils 2 inches in diameter
A106B steel, Schedule 40 Seamless, inspection door heater 20 inches (Tempered  glass  with
 window  for  high  temperature),  folding,  located  on  the  left  side  of  the  thermal  equipment.
- Thermostatic  control  of  heat  burner.  Safety  pilot  lights  for  ignition  burners. Spark
ignition  pilot  burner.  Spray  water  heated  by  water. Gas  vaporized  heated  by  water. 
Pre-heater  1-inch  propane  burner  box.  Safety  switch  installed  immediately  stop  
the  fuel  line  (LPG) generator  and  the  internal combustion  engine  (Kill  Switch).
- Alarm Gas Leak Detector. Automatic and manual operation installed to the inner side of the
operation panel. 4 boxes of heavy tools included,  without  division,  two  on  each  side  of  the 
unit. Co2  system  protection  against  fire  in  the  heater,  activated  from  the  control  panel.
Two  fire  extinguishers  30  pounds,  one  on  each  side,  dry  chemical  powder  and  valid 
warranty  seal  label.

Standard Tank Service :
Service tank simple, cylindrical compartment bulkhead, 75 barrels capacity, built with
carbon steel sheets of ¼ inch thick, epoxy coated inside, a door entry access man at the
top which It is 24 "in diameter.
2 pipe vent 3 inches in diameter, gooseneck on the tank and above the gas tank. Two
subsequent optical fluid levels of 5/8 "x 36" long with their sets of valves with drain tap
(red line) with side impact protection for high strength, located on the side of the tank
service, the stairs, a suction pump 12 volt diesel to facilitate cleaning of the gauges.
Stairs to tank (located on the back side of the tank and driver side) with safety
protections, railing at the top and type in the Irving grid Hall.

5 Pieces special lamps 4 x 6 rectangular, halogen, more than 200,000 candelas
power of 12 volts, 50 watts of power for outdoor work, for night operations, with
manual adjustment mechanism.
1 turret part of cab which includes:
- Halogen lamp, amber light, two halogen bulbs of 55 watts, 12 volts DC, 8 amp, a
flat mirror between rotating, 400 flashes per minute, amber polycarbonate base
and lens.
- Rack storage of hoses 3 "pipes 1 1/2" on the back of the unit under the tank service.
- 2 chemical handling tanks, located at the rear, with a capacity of 50 liters each.
- Drain valve 4 in the bottom of the Duty tank.
- Relief valve, vacuum / pressure, emergency.
Includes fixed base hinged mast 2.5 meters, cone gauge frame to place wind direction 
and wind cone.
The unit has diamond signaling transport of dangerous substances according to the rules

Integrated Security Panel
Thermometer temperature gauge input and output.
Gauge high pressure gauge input and output.
Pressure gauge with adjustable points of high and low pressure and temperature to
turn off the burner unit and triggering a red light in case of emergency.
Security switch to stop the flow of fuel to the burner with light indication.

Operation levers for controlling the pump (low pressure and high pressure).
The control panel is installed frontally next to the oven and cover has iron.

Control  Manifold Composed  of  three  sections,  working  pressure  up  to  6000  PSI.

Pipe 3-inch Schedule 40 carbon steel.
Solder connections 3 inch, Schedule 40 carbon steel.
Butterfly valve of carbon steel 3 inch carbon steel 300 PSI.
Connects carbon steel loading and unloading on each side of the drive to the rear.
Pipe Schedule 40 3 inch butterfly valve for sucking the service tank high pressure 
pump. Section B (Manifold). Carbon steel pipe 2 inch Schedule 80 seamless.
Solder connections 2 inch Schedule 80 carbon steel.
2 ball valves 2 inch carbon steel high pressure (6000 PSI).
Two gate valves 2-inch black steel high pressure 1440 PSI, between the control
manifold and highpressure discharge.
2 inch pipe carbon steel seamless identification card 160.
Connectors 2 inch weld carbon steel identification card 160. Two check valves 2 inch
6000 PSI, installed between the pump high pressure (6000 PSI), the control manifold
and the discharge line. 2 swivel Unions 6000 PSI 1 ½ inches chicksan connection type.
Bypass arrangement for 6000 PSI composite pipe 1 1/2 "swivel joints chicksan type,
hit Union nuts, check valve
