Technical Details
Foundation : 20 cm thickness of C25 concrete on site (done by the customer)
Roof : Painted 1.5mm and 2mm thickness profiles for maximum protection of rust.
Corrugated (trapezoidal) painted galvanized sheet metal 0.6mm thickness.
Columns : 3mm steel profiles, Epoxy undercoat and epoxy painted for maximum protection of rust
Floor : Floor surface will be installed by the customer.
Ceiling : 12.5m thickness film coated green gypsumboard. (resistant for humadity and water)
Ceiling Insulation : 8cm thickness of glass wool sheets (options: it can be mineral wool)
Wall Panels : 40 kg/m2, 40mm polyurethane sandwich panels
Outer surface: 0.5mm RAL 9002 polyester dyed galvanized sheet metal
Inner surface: 0.4mm RAL 9002 polyester dyed galvanized sheet metal
Doors : Aluminium framed85 x 210cm or 160 x 210cm Insulation 40 kg/m3 40 mm polyurethane sandwich panel or molded HDF panel doors
Accessories: 3 barrel hinges& mortise lock with cylender
Window : 80x120 cm aluminium framed.
4 +12 + 4mm double glazed-frasted glass
Electric : 220V/380V 50 Hz. Cablings, outlets, switches, indoor lighting, outdoor lightning, AC unit cabling, electrical appliances cabling are included. Thay have TSE Standard.
All materials will be 1. quality and made in Turkey.
Sanitary : All pipes, taps, ceramic toilets, sinks, shower, shower curtain are included and they will be 1 quality and made in Turkey. They are included in teh prices.
Furnitures and Appliances : Not included.
