The standard 600 Series Service Rig is built upon a back-in style carrier, conforming to
Transport Canada requirements, and is stamped with the National Safety Mark and world
identification serial numbers. Tandem front steering axles and tridem drive axles are
configured for year-round access to difficult to reach sites. The manufacturer manufactures
these units for customers around the world and routinely will customize construction to
conform to standards applicable in the destination country.
The carrier’s durability and reliability is assured by the manufacturer's structural wide flange
steel frame, fabricated with welded cross members.

Engine :
Detroit series 60 diesel engine (475 HP) with radiator, alternator, starter, air cleaner,
TuFlo 750 air compressor (28 CFM), power steering pump, emergency kill fuel shut off, air
intake, ESD system, all gauging and filters, 12V electric starting system.

Transmission :
4700 OFS series Allison automatic transmission for traveling & manual shift for drawworks
with filter group, gauge package, flanges and shifter.  Drop box attached to transmission to
include drives for (3) rear drive axles and drawworks.

Frame :
18” x 41 lb structural wide flange beam frame rails, fabricated with welded cross members.
Width 102” height 14’ with mast.

Front Axles :
18” x 41 lb structural wide flange beam frame rails, fabricated with welded cross members.

Rear Axles :
Tridem 23,000 lb rear Axles (12)-12R x 22.5 X 14 ply with polished aluminum rims. All rear

Cab :
One man cab with hydraulic steering system and false front.  Cab equipped with adjustable
bucket seat, safety belt, wiper, roll-up window, CD stereo-radio, air horn, standard instrument
& control panel package includes speedometer (KM’s), tachometer, engine oil pressure, engine
water temperature, transmission oil pressure and oil temperature, voltmeter, air pressure gauge,
warning lights, flasher switch, high – low beam switch, gear selector, fuel gauge.
Controls include :  engine start switches, differential lock-up, gear selector, ESD, safety back-up
alarm.

Electrical :
12V electrical system equipped with Canadian DOT approval headlights, brake lights, turn
signals, clearance lights and cab-control lighting.

Driller's Station :
Raised drillers station,  Control panel includes pressure gauges, valve spool controlling,
(1) aux winches, , drum clutches, throttle valve, ESD, accumulator controls, horn, slips air valves
& regs.  Engine emergency shutdown device.

Pump :
37 gallon/minute depending on engine RPM.

Hydraulic System :
Hydraulic system operates leveling jacks, utility winches, power tongs, raising ram,
scooping ram, 250 gallon hydraulic tank includes dual suction filters and 12V cooler.  Hydraulic
pump operated directly from transmission mounted PTO with pressure relief safety valve system.

Safety :
• Engine cover for security, drive shaft covers.

Paint, Tropical Conditions :
The manufacturer utilizes a coating system that reflects expected environmental conditions and
durability requirements of your project. Different coatings exist to hold up against harsh climates
and moisture, chemicals, impact and scratch resistance, and intense UV exposure. The coating
system below is specifically intended for conditions similar to tropical climates. The equipment
would have extended exposure to high humidity, heat and salt (but not submerged in water).

All sandblasted steel substrates cleaned of all mil scal and surface impediments

Prime Coat-Zinc Rich Primer :
- Brush in difficult to reach areas prior to spray application

- Seal all voids and seams on outside of building panels only, using compatible urethane caulking
