Description
Designed and manufactured in accordance with all structural requirements
of API Spec 2C, ABS Shipboard Crane, USCG, AISC, ASTM, AWS, NEC
and OSHA

Boom
• Fixed length, 100 FT long lattice boom
• Boom tip section shield
• (2) 1000 watt flood lights
• (1) Aircraft warning light

Sheaves
Where possible HMW Nylon is used to minimize the weight of the crane.

Pedestal
• Pedestal height : 30”
• Diameter : 81- 5/16” O.D. with 45 degree bevel.
• 1-1/4” wall thickness

Winches
• Load line : LWD 850, 38,000 pound line pull, reeved 6 part line 1-1/4” Dyform
34LR Maximum wire rope capacity of LWD 850 is 2000 ft
• Fast line : Lantec LHS100, 10,000 pound line pull rated for personnel handling
reeved with 400 ft. of ¾” , Dyform 18 wire rope.

Slew Bearing
Rotek triple roller bearing, bearing raceway rated at 9,900,000 ft lbs.

Thrust : From 100,000 to 17,300,000 pounds
Moment : From 20,000 to 63,000,000 foot-pounds

Gearing : Internally geared, externally geared or gearless models are available.

• Hydraulic joy stick type controls located in cab on each arm rest.

• 535 HP Cummins Diesel Engine Tier 3 Engine ( OR 2, 250 HP electric motors.)

• 34ton @ 25mtr
