The houses can be assembled very fast and easily with 4 persons. For example 46 m2
house can be assembled in 2 days. So you will save time and it will be finished very fast.
The assemble documents are being sent with the products. All parts are numbered and
shown with drawings.
No need of a crane
Finding a crane is problem in some places. So hand tools, ladders will be enough to
assemble our houses.

Because of the materials that we use, the house will be used for many years without any

Easy transportation
The houses will be packed for the international transportation. The houses will be
shipped by vessel or by truck/lorry. We use 40ft shipping containers for shipping.

Foundation : 20 cm thickness of C25 concrete on site (done by the customer)
Roof trusses : Painted 1.5mm and 2mm thickness steel profiles for maximum protection of rust.
Roof covering : Corrugated (trapezoidal) painted galvanized sheet metal 0.5mm thickness.
Ceiling insulation : 80mm thickness of glass wool sheets .
Ceiling : 12.5mm thickness film coated gypsumboard. The height of the ceiling from the floor is 2.5m.
Columns : 3mm thick 100mmx100mm steel profiles, undercoat and painted for maximum protection of rust.
Floor : Floor surface will be installed by the customer.
Floor ceramic tiles and laminated floorings will be supplied upon request.
WALL PANELS : 40mm polyurethane sandwich panels, density is 40 kg/m3
Outer surface: 0.5mm RAL 9002 polyester dyed galvanized sheet metal
Inner surface: 0.4mm RAL 9002 polyester dyed galvanized sheet metal
Inner surface of the walls are covered with gypsumboard.
Windows : 80x120 cm PVC or aluminium framed. 4+11+4mm double glass. Aluminium
Window shutters are optional.
Electric : 220V, 50 Hz. Cables, outlets, switches, mainswitch, cut- offs are included.
Light cables: 2x1.5mm2 NYM cabling.
Outlet (sockets) cables : 3x2.5mm2 NYM cabling.
They have TSE Standard. All materials will be 1. quality and made in Turkey.
Sanitary : All pipes, taps, European type of ceramic toilet, ceramic wash basin, 90x90cm
acrylic shower, shower cabin are included.
Clean water pipes and fittings are PPRC.
Waste water pipes and fittings are PVC.
All materials have TSE standard.
