The deck is a 19,5m helideck already approved by NMD and DNV
according to their Offshore Class up to Super Puma helicopter.

Lighting:  Complete light arrangement for night operations fitted. 
Note: Must be upgraded to green perimeter lights acc. To current rules. 

Piping:  Complete drain and fire-fighting piping fitted 

Access ways:  3 access ways, access platforms, walkways and stairs fitted.

Note:
The upgrades that will have to be done to fit a new vessel will be:
 
1. Change perimeter lights. The deck has the older yellow type, but green 
LED’s are required according to the latest rules. (cost for upgrade approx 
EUR 20.000,- ready installed) 

2. Redesign of the lower part of support structure including manufacturing 
new parts for integration to new ship structure (cost unknown at this stage as 
we will have to look closer into the layout of the new vessel to see how we can 
do this the easiest way. Budget price between EUR 26-90.000,-, can also be 
done by others) The helideck as is now rests on four support points only.

3. Re-routing or modification of access points may be required. (cost – to be 
indicated after re-design; budget price between EUR 10-27.000,-) 

4. Recertification by class will probably be required 
(cost: DNV typ. EUR 11.500,- / ABS EUR 11.900,-) 

5. Repainting the helideck markings / ship name (cost: EUR 10.000,-) 

6. Add new landing net (Cost EUR 8.500,-, not required if only 
skid-helicopters like Bell 212 are used) 

7. Add windsock (Cost EUR 14.000,- delivered loose, installation 
will come in addition) 

8. Add hand extinguishers (If missing only. Cost typically EUR 5.000,-) 

9. Add hose reels with cabinets (If missing only. Cost typically EUR 5.000,-) 

10. Holes after ligfting lugs (damage in steel structure) must be 
fixed (Cost EUR 10.000,-)

11. Installation will be charged by manhours / direct cost. This job 
may be done at the location  in Norway by our people.people.
