Raised Tubing Mast with crown, racking board, and integrated
top drive. Will Rig up and without the use of a crane

Substructure
New OEM 25’ High Winch Raised 750,000# casing, 500,000#
setback, complete with four sets of stairs, v-door, etc. Built in
“Leveling/Walking System” ensures a level condition
with capabilities to walk a fully erect rig across a level,
stabilized location from one completed well to the next
well site without having to rig down.

Drawworks
Rebuilt Nat’l 840 UE, 1500 HP, grooved for 1-3/8” drill line
with two refurbished G.E. 752 series wound DC traction
motors, Wichita Auxiliary Brake, make-up and breakout
catheads.

Mud Pumps
Three New Gardner Denver PZ-11 1600 HP packages each with
master skid, three New 752 series wound DC traction motors,
drive sheaves, belts, belt guards, charge pump, liner wash
system, etc.

Rig Power
New 4x4 IDS SCR System/Control House
Three New Caterpillar 3512C diesel engines each with
Caterpillar SR4, 1750 KVA generator and radiator. set on a 10’
wide x 40’ long master skid with roof, muffler, etc.
Two New Gardner Denver 30 HP compressors, one cold start,
one air dryer and two 400 gallon volume tanks to be included.

Top Drive
New Canrig 500 Ton Top Drive – Model 1250 AC-712 with
OEM incorporated top drive tracking system.

Mud System
New 1500 BBL., 3-tank round bottom mud system complete
with five 10 HP agitators, six 5x6 centrifugal pumps with 75 HP
motors, three Derrick 503 shakers, one Derrick Vacuum
Degasser – 1200 gpm, one Derrick 503 Mud Cleaner – 1200
gpm, two High Shear Mud Hoppers.
