The 750 Series Drilling Rig has proven itself to be fast moving reliable rig of simple
and rugged construction. It is available in the following forms: A self propelled mechanical
drive rig; a split trailer mechanical drive rig; a split trailer electric drive rig.

As a self propelled mechanical drive rig, the Model 2042 drawworks, telescoping mast,
oil bath chain case elevated ratary drive and two engine rig power are unitized into one
self propelled rig load.

As a split trailer mechanical drive rig, the drawworks and two engine rig power are mounted
on one trailer and the telescoping mast and oil bath chain case elevated rotary drive are
mounted on a second trailer. The two trailer design accomplishes package weight control
where permit limits may cause problems.

As an electric rig, an electric drive drawworks group has been developed using one 700 HP
traction motor for both single and double drum drawworks and for the rotary drive.
The drawworks, motor and hydraulic power unit are mounted in one self propelled package.

Both of the rig arrangements above are combined with a rig base and selection of single
piece or multiple piece substractions to complete the rig. This rig in conjuction with single
load mud pump pacakages with independent power results in an extremely flexible arrangement.

Mechanical Drive Arrangement

Power - Two engines (any make) totaling upto 700 HP at 2100 RPM. The side-by-side
engines are high mounted for easy accessibility and maintenance. Either or both engines
can be used for hoisting, rotary or roading operations.

Torque Converters - Two torque converters individually matched to engines provide
maximum output power for single or two engine operation at full load or part load. Lockup
feature in each converter for maximum efficiency.

Transmissions - Allision HT 750 DR,unitized with torque converters. Five forward speeds.
Finger tip selection at driller's console with full load shift capability allows maximum flexibility
of power application to job at hand.

Compound - v-Type roller chain compound in pressure lubricated oil bath case. Each engine
can be disconnected in compound. Integral gear tranfer chase for vehicle drive.

Drawworks - Model 2042 drawworks with 19 5/8" diameter drum barrel 40" long. 12" x 42"
circulating water cooled brake rims with full Wrap, single point adjusted, fully equalized brake
bands. The easy access outboard drum cluch generates 40,000# single line pull.
Paramac 202 single rotor brake assist with positive action clutch.

Catworks - Hydraulic catworks, including breakout cylinder, spinning and make-up cylinder
and planeatary gear, self-locking handling winch for smooth, safer catheading operations.

Drawworks Drive - Heavy-duty propeller shaft through Model 600 right-angle gear box.

Rotary Drive - Propeller shaft via full air rotary clutch, heavy duty reverse gear box and oil bath
roller chain elevated rotary drive unitized on back face of mast. Simple propeller shaft connection
at rig-up and rig-down. Nominal max. rotary speed-300 RPM.
Nominal working table torque - 30,000 ft. lbs.

Carrier - Mechanical drive rig provided with six axle triple front, triple rear 134,000# capacity
carrier. Designed to meet highway safety standards with necessary toughness for off highway
operations.

Electric Drive Arrangement
The 750E Series rig is designed as an SCR electric powered rig. One GE 761 (or equivalent)
700HP traction motor provides power to both the drawworks and the rotary. The drawworks
drive is a two speed high/low drum clutch arrangement. An optional sand drum assembly may
be mounted in the drawworks group. The rotary drive is taken from the drawworks drive via a
Model 600 right angle gear box. The full air rotary clutch is mounted on a right angle drive
output shaft. A propeller shaft drive and oil bath roller chain elevated drive mounted on the
back face of the mast complete the rotary drive.

Features common to both mechanical and electrical drive
Mast - 112'300,000# API-rated telescoping mast. Dual ram hydraulically raised and extended.
Tubular construcion offering maximum rigidity and capability to withstand abuse. Patented pawl
mechanism assuring positive transfer of load from upper to lower section. Deep mast sections
for maximum torsional stability. Heavy-duty rigid racking board with side-mounted fingers provided
with finger safety locks. Load guylines to engine end of carrier.

Trailer - The mechanical drive and electrical drive arrangement of the 750 Series rig are both
available as trailer type rigs or split rig arrangement.

Substructure - Choice of T-Type telescoping substructure with derrick base and rig base or
stacked fixed height substructure with setback cross base and derrick cross base. 15' high structure.
Either type provides wind guy anchorage eliminating external wind guy anchors.

Hydraulic Power - 35 GPM 2500 psi max. pressure system. Provided by either of two pumps,
one belt driven from front of each engine.

Power Reserve Line Pool - On split trailer versions only of the 750 Series rig, a hydraulic
powered reserve line spool is provided on the mast trailer.

Service Conditions :
The rig is capable for undertaking work over operations in Oil / Gas / Injection / Effluent
disposal wells /CBM wells etc. up to depth of 3800 mts approximately with tubing string
of 2-7/8". The work over jobs include but are not limited to servicing/ installation of
artificial lift equipment, cleaning of well bore, gravel packing, sand screening, stimulation,
well abandonment, transfer of horizons, water shut off, gas shut off, water injection profile
modification and re-completion, retrieval of gravel pack assembly, fishing & releasing of
stuck up, multi-layer resting, casing repair etc. in vertical / deviated / horizontal / multilateral
/ ERD / USRD wells, etc.

1. Workover Rig
Cardwell, USA make, model KB-200C, self propelled, Back-in-type, mobile workover cum
drilling rig accommodated on heavy duty carrier having hook load capacity of 81 T. The rig
is equipped with the following technical features :

* Wind load resistance of the Mast is 60 MPH with full set back, having external Guying lines
with mast.

a) Mast :
4 leg leaning type, Hydraulically telescoping, two section, foldable, Cardwell make,
Model 96-180, Mast with clear height of 96 ft. from ground level and rated static hook load
capacity 81 T with 6 lines strung on traveling block. The Mast is equipped with suitable Finger
Board which can accommodate range-II, 2 7/8"/3 ½” tubulars in doubles.

The Mast shall conform to the following :
* The Mast is having unobstructed line of vision to the crown block.
* The Mast is completed with Stand Pipe
* Racking Board is of adjustable type and completed with top man emergency escape device
from monkey board to ground, railings & safety belts. The Racking Board is having sufficient
provision to rack 2 7/8" tubulars.

b) Suitable locking system shall be provided with additional safety manual lock. This is required
after telescoping of mast to full height.
c) The mast is designed to withstand wind speed of minimum 60 MPH with full pipe/ setback
with all guy ropes properly placed as per standard API pattern.

d) Hydraulic Cat works for make up & breakout consisting of hydraulic make up (spinning)
cylinder providing 10000lbs (4444kg) minimum line pull and hydraulic break out cylinder to
develop a minimum line pull of 20000lbs. Control for make up & breakout should be located
at Driller's console.

g) Draw works is of 300 HP rating with minimum 4 forward and 1 reverse speed.
Cardwell make, KB 200C model, single drum draw works of 300 HP capacity.

i) Draw works is having main drum, Lebus Grooved.

h) Carrier Engine
The draw works is powered by 1 no. of "DETROIT DIESEL" make, model 8V-92T diesel
engine of 450 HP / Caterpillar 3406 B at 2100 rpm with ALLISION make, heavy duty
transmission consists of torque converter, model "CLBT 4860"/ “ 750” or “754” and suitable
power trend through compound/chain drive and gear boxes.

i) We will provide the Hook and tackle system for the rig and capable to operate 2-7/8" to
3- 1/2" tubing and 2-7/8" to 3-1/2" drill pipes up to the required depth.

2) Substructure
Simplex make, sub-structure having a overall height of 15 ft, clear height of 12', rated
simultaneous set back capacity of 125 T. The sub-structure is suitable to accommodate
17.5" Rotary Table and completed with tong back up post for rig tongs, railing, stairway and
wings etc. The sub-structure is having sufficient working area and space for racking the rated
length of tubulars. The structure has the sufficient clear height below rotary beam to
accommodate 3 stack BOP (one Pipe Ram + One Blind Ram + one Annular) riser nipple in
work over mode.

3) Rotary Equipment
IDECO make, Model "LR-175" or equivalent rotary table with 17.5" opening with static load
capacity not less than 181 tons. The table is completed with master bushing and drive
bushing. The rotary table is driven by chain-sprocket and the mechanism is powered by the
draw works with provision for reverse rotation for back off.

4) Kelly
"OMSCO" Make or equivalent, 3" face square/hexagonal kelly of 40' length having 6 5/8"
API Regular Box connection on top bottom connection 2 7/8” IF PIN. The working pressure
rating 5000 PSI. The kelly is completed with kelly saver sub and kelly cock (upper & lower).

5) Swivel
(a) IDECO make, Model "TL-120", rotary swivel having static/dead load capacity not less
than 75 tons and rotating capacity not less than 50 tons, completed with bail bumper
support, goose neck connection to rotary hose etc. Swivel bottom pin connection 6 5/8"
API regular left hand.

(b) With 3” diameter quick change goose neck assembly with working pressure 5000 psi.

6) Hydraulic Winch
IR/BRADEN make, Indian make or china make, hydraulic/air winch with suitable hand
braking system with hoses, wireline etc.. Pulling capacity is not less than- 5 Metric ton.

7) Mud System
Mud system would be able to handle drilling mud Sp. Gr. upto approximately 1.8.

7.1 Mud Pump :
a) Gardner Denver Make, model "PZ-8” of 750 HP triplex slush pump, unitized to a
CATERPILLAR make, model 3412C diesel engine having 750 HP or Bomco make
F-500 Model of 500 HP unitised with Cummins make, KTA-1150 of 550 HP with heavy
duty gear box/Chain driven and air clutch. Mounted on a steel oil field skid, 20 gallon,
5000 PSI pulsation dampener, heavy duty Type-F 6000 psi mud gauge, Shear type
Re-set relief valve, Bleed off valve and all related piping and valves rated at 5000
PSI working pressure.

7.2 Discharge System :
a) Rotary hose having working pressure of 350 kg/cm2 (5000 psi) with suitable
connections.
b) Suitable end connection for suction and discharge manifold will be provided.
c) The standpipe is mounted on Mast, equipped with pressure gauge will be mounted
in the rig.

7.3 Mud/ Workover Fluid Storage/ Handling Arrangement :
i) Tanks, having total pumpable capacity (Volume) not less than 80 cubic meter with
permanent markings from bottom.
ii) Arrangement for brine / mud preparation, mud mixing, mud agitators will be provided.
iii) Necessary system lines.
iv) 1 no. Hopper of suitable size with butterfly valve and proper line connection will be
provided with gunning arrangement.

8. Fuel Storage (optional)
Sufficient fuel storage to undertake the workover operations without interruptions will
be provided.

9. Well Control Equipment
The following well control equipment shall be required :
1 (One) no. "Hydril"/“Cameron”/“Shaffer (Shaffer make of NOV)” Make, double ram,
hydraulically operated, 7 1/16" x 5000 PSI WP Blow Out Preventor having one set of
blind ram and set of pipe rams to handle the size 2 3/8”, 2 7/8” and 3 ½” . BOP is having
the provision to close manually.

Control Unit :
One BOP Control unit as per API 16D and of reputed make, 3000 psi working pressure,
hydraulically operated with sufficient fluid capacity. Units are having 2 charging system
i.e. pneumatic and electric with auto start and stop facility. Flameproof DGMS approved
motor will be provided.

BOP test plugs or Cup tester/ accessories shall be provided.

Choke & Kill Manifold :
Choke and kill manifold of size minimum 2 1/16” having minimum 5000 psi WP along
with sufficient quantity of flexible steel piping of minimum 5000 psi WP of suitable size
fitted with NRV in kill lines. It will be suitable combination of valves having provision to
flow the well through fixed choke, variable choke, and one bypass also. The provision
will also be available to kill the well through kill line as well as one additional line for
making connection through cementing.

10. Handling tool as per API 8C
a) Center latch elevator for minimum 100MT capacity as per below.

b) Elevator Links :
2 Nos. (One pair/set) forged elevator links, and the size will be as per the standard design of
the rig, rated capacity of minimum 100 MT, size 1 ¾” x 72”.

c) Power (pneumatic) Slips :
A suitable pneumatic slip complete with sufficient nos. of die inserts for 2 3/8” to 3 ½”
tubulars. The power slip is equipped with all necessary connection, hoses and coupling
etc. the slip is having control lever on driller’s console.

d) Hydraulic Tubing Tong :
1 no of light weight hydraulic tubing tings as per relevant API for 2 3/8” to 3 ½” tubing’s
with replaceable jaws minimum torque rating 8000 ft lbs along with sufficient spares
will be provided.

e) Heavy Duty Tong (Qty - 02) :
A suitable Heavy Duty Tong, Range 2-3/8" to 4-1/2", and to handle all fishing tools and
milling tools as per relevant API, torque rating minimum 35000 ft-lbs with hanger
arrangement along with sufficient spares would be provided.

11. Cross Over Subs :
Bit subs, cross over subs and all necessary subs to handle work with 2-7/8" &
3-1/2" tubing and drill pipe string or their combinations would be provided by us.

12. Rig instrumentation suitable for Hazardous area
I. Deadline weight indicator with sensator /load cell on driller console /control panel,
indicating load on hook for designed capacity of the rig will be provided.
II. A suitable (0 – 6000 psi) mud pump pressure gauge mounted on stand pipe
will be provided.

13. Drill String (Optional)
A) Drill Pipes 2-7/8” OD IF, Grade G of 10.4 ppf, premium class-I, Range–II, 3500
meters right hand.
B) Drill Collars : 3 1/2” / 4 3/4”. 5 Nos.

Other Equipments
i) V door & cat walk with pipe racks on both sides.
ii) Cellar pump- Air operated (Pneumatic) with suction hose of sufficient length
will be provided by the contractor with additional diaphragm.
iii) Circulating head 5000 psi working pressure for 3-1/2" and 2-7/8" Drill pipes
and tubings with necessary change over will be provided.
iv) 2 nos. of 75 KVA capacity for continuous round the clock operation including
motors of auxiliary equipments, other electrical equipments like A/C, fan, blower
etc. and illumination of working area etc.
v) Welding machine/ Welding transformer powered by contractor's Gen Set along
with all associated welding and oxy - acetylene cutting accessories, gases and
consumables etc.
vi) One no of red aviation light flickering type fitted with lamp at crown block will
be available having independent circuit.

- Crown block complete with 7-60" fabricated cluster sheaves and 1-60"

fabricated fast line sheave, tapered roller bearing. Shaft drilled for grease

- Adjustable racking board with a capacity of 363 stands of 5" drill pipe and 12

stands of 9" drill collars, complete with working platform, floor slab and 7'

C. One (1) 500 bbl Water Tank

Material and labor to fabricate one (1) 500 bbl water tank as per our conversation.

Tanks fabricated on oilfield type skids with loading hitches on both ends for

tailboarding. Skid ends to be covered with ¼" check plate. Tanks complete with the

following :

- Two (2) 3 x 2 x 11 Centrifugal pumps with 25 HP Motors

- Suction and Discharge Piping.

- Two (2) ladder rung to top of tank (In and Out)

- 4" Fill cap

- 2" Outlet

- 1" Drain

D. Two (2) 12,000 Gallon Fuel Tank

Material and labor to fabricate two (2) 12,000 gallon fuel tank as per our

conversation. Tanks fabricated on oilfield type skids with loading hitches on both

ends for tailboarding. Skid ends to be covered with ¼" check plate. Tanks complete

with the following:

g. Two (2) fuel transfer pumps

h. One (1) filter system. Raycor or equivalent

i. Suction and Discharge Piping.

j. Two (2) ladder rung to top of tank (In and Out)

k. Top and Side man ways, 4" Fill cap, 2" Outlet, and 1 ½" Drain

E. "New" One (1) Catwalk

Material and labor to fabricate one (1) catwalk as per our conversations. OEM

to fabricate catwalk (50' x 5' -0" x 18") with 18" channel main runners, 6"

channel cross members, and covered with ½" plate. Catwalks complete with

3' drill pipe screwed in on one end.

F. "New" Cable Trays

Material and labor to fabricate one (1) lot of cable trays as per the following:

Cable trays to be fabricated as follows:

l. Two (1) 40' -0" sections from substructure to fuel tank

m. One (1) 35' -0" section from mud tanks to main tray

n. One (1) 20' -0" section from substructure to main stairs

o. Cable trays complete with the following:

- Hinged doors in 5' -0" sections with chain for each doorway

- Flat expanded metal running the length of each tray

- ½" round bar at each end of cable tray to provide protection

when pulling wires.

H. "New' Vibrator Hoses

i. Four (4) 3 ½" x 12' long, 5000 psi wp with 4" welded connections. For

connection of mud pumps to substructure high pressure line.

I. "New" Rotary Hose

ii. One (1) 3 ½" x 75' , 5000 psi wp with 4" welded connections. Complete

with safety clamps, chains and hammer unions on each end.

J. "New" Wire Line Unit

iii. Five Star surveyor wireline unit with 15 HP, 1800 rpm, 480 volt, 3-phase,

60 HZ Explosion proof motor, complete with one (1) line guard , counter

and 20,000' of .108 wireline.

IX. Rig up and Testing

A. Structural set and assemble :

a. Mast and Substructure

i. Mast accessories.

ii. Install flooring, handrails, v-door, stairs, etc.

iii. Fabricate and install flow line.

b. Rotary Table and independent drive

a. Water Supply

i. Rig Floor

iii. Feed and return lines from brake water tank to drawworks drum

and brake.

b. Fuel System

i. Feed and return lines from tank to engine set.

c. Air System

i. Air Supply for accumulator unit and rig floor

ii. Hose connections from rig floor air manifold to drawworks control

console and air hoist.

iii. Miscellaneous

1. Two (2) rig floor air hoists and stands.

d. High Pressure piping.

i. Supply and Install dual standpipe, standpipe manifold and all

necessary high-pressure lines and hoses.

ii. Cameron or equivalent 5000 psi wp dual stand pipe manifold

complete with gate valves, pressure gauge of 5000 psi rating and

other standard fittings.

iii. 5" x 5000 psi wp dual stand pipe of suitable length with clamps

installed on the off-drillers side. Complete with gooseneck,

hammer union or unibolt couplings for making up a rotary hose

with the safety clamp attached. All weld type fittings.

iv. 5" x 5000 psi wp dual stand pipe manifold with connections for

pressure gauge, kill line, cellar jet line with two (2) 2" x 5000#

valves and one (1) 5000 psi pressure gauge. All welded type

fittings.

v. Rig pump delivery manifold shall be connected to the vibrator

hoses through a rigidly supported strainer cross.

vi. A 5000 psi working pressure gate valve on each mud delivery

manifold. From each pump delivery manifold, a suitable bleed line

and valve should be provided.

vii. Necessary anchoring arrangement of all high-pressure delivery

lines to be provided.

e. Electrical Rig Up

f. Testing

i. Fill mud tanks with water

ii. Provide lube products to all machinery

iii.Provide 1000 gallons diesel fuel

iv. Run drawworks

v. Run rotary table

vi. Circulate water throughout mud system

vii. Run air compressors and pressure test air manifold

viii.Pressure test all high pressure lines and connections to

working pressure

ix. Pressure test all low pressure line to working pressure

x. Circulate through high pressure system for minimum of four hours

xi. Run all solids control equipment

xii. Load test generators

xiii. Run all generator sets in parallel

xiv. Test all SCR assignments

xv. Rig-down and load-out customer-furnished trucks.

xvi. Drilling rig components to be blasted, primed with

epoxy primed and top coated rig down

X. Documentation, Manuals, Warranty Certificates, and API Certifications

All manufacturers' warranties for each individual component will be included with the rig upon

delivery.
