Ideco H 1000 Drill Rig with Oil & Gas Package : 

Ideco H-1000 Rambler Bir 800 1,000 Hp has been rebuilt
Capable of drilling to a depth Of 12,000’ ft deep
Sand line drum capable Of 25,000’ ft
1 1/8” drilling line and grooving
Ideco H-1000 Rambler Bir 800 1000 Hp. with 7 Axles -
Drawworks has been gone through completely, rebuilt new.
Drumshaft And Catshaft made of Astreloy installed with new bearings.
Rotary drive torn down and rebuilt new
Clutch pads and new clutch drum installed with new splined hub.
New 2 catipillar C-18’s 630 Hp each were installed with new 6061 transmissions.
Right angle gear boxes were inspected and rebuilt new
Srr-28 Hydromatic was sent to Parkersburg rebuilt new
Drawworks has all new chains, bearings and U joints

Main drum clutch has new pads with new clutch drum.
All oiler, Air And Hydrolic lines are new. Drillers conslole is new
The Ideco H-1000 unit has all new tires and wheel bearings front and back. 
All rear-ends are rebuilt new and all gear boxes are new
Mast : ideco 358,000lb Hook load Quicklift 112-358 with racking
board complete with stand pipe.

Crown rebuilt new. New main cylinders and hydraulic tongs cylinders
were added to mast
Racking Board was rebuilt new - Work done by Delta Oilfield Tank Co.
Substructure : New 10’ H X 10’ W X 18’ L with 2’h X  10’w X 18’l Pony sub,
winterized, with stairs. 
It has rebuilt new hydraulic back up system and all new flourescent lights
and wiring that meets all specifications. Sub was sandblasted and has new
beams - work done at delta oilfield tank co.
Rotary table : Ideco 37 ½” table, work by Farleys Machine Shop
Blocks : Rebuilt new Ideco 265 ton 5 Sheaveshorty block inspected and
rebuilt new by Farleys Machine Shop

Swivel : National N-815 with quick change - Work done Burgess rig repair
Kelly Hose : 4” X 55’
5 ¼ Hex Kelly
Bop : Used 11” 5000# Schaffer double gate
Annular : Used 11” 5000# Hydril annular
Used 3” X 4” 5000# Choke manifold

Mud Tanks (Refurbished) :
Shale Tank :
Equipped with 2 Swaco Als shakers with two new 5” X 6” circulating pumps
with 50 hp. motors, 1 – new 2 cone desander and one poor boy gas buster, 1 agitator,
with all lighting and electrical and wedge type mud gates

Suction tank :
Equipped with two new 5” x 6” circulating pumps with 50 hp. One 10 cone desilter,
three agitators and mixing hopper.complete with all lighting and electrical.
New wedge type mud gates. Mud tanks were rebuilt new in Delta Oilfield Tank’s Shop.

Mud Pumps :
Rebuilt new Gardner Denver PZ-9, American made, in a house with new 3508 Catipillar
engine, 1200 rpm, and a new 5” x 6” charging pump with 50 hp electirc motor. 
New dampner and new valving radiator is independently driven with electric motor.
Generator house :
Contains 2 new 3406 Catipillar 410 kw generators, also two new Gardner Denver 30hp
screw air compressors, 1 four station rebuilt new accumulator with new remote,
1 new 10kw electric heater, 75 Kva transformer and a new complete 480 volt
electric panel. New fuel daytank and new oil bunker included.

Water Tank :
10’w X 38’l X 9’ H 350 Bbl capacity with 2 New 2” X 3” circulating pumps
Doghouse : Like new 8’W x 18’L contains new electric panel and lockers. 
Have electrical controls for equipment in doghouse. 
Doghouse drops into water tank.
Hands change and parts house : contains lockers and shelving for parts.
Rig complete with new all lights and electrical
Martin decker diaphram and indicator
Fuel tank : 8,000 gallon with new electric pumps
New cat walk : 42” H x 4’ W x 52’ L with new beaver slide
Complete new set of stairs, railings and tarps

Ramps : 3 piece (2 - 2’ H x 71’L  and  1 – 9’10” W x 34’5” L)
American made in Navasota, Texas in Tuboscope - 18,000 feet of new g-105 16.60
drill pipe, inlaid hardband, internally coated and made-up and broke out twice
by Tuboscope in Houston, Texas (never been used)
American made in Navasota, Texas in Tuboscope - 21 new 6 ½” spiral drill
collars (never been used)
