incorporated.

- A rugged duty pump and motor is installed and controls is by a directional control 
valve with variable drum speed control.
- A main relief valve, remote control relief valve and cross port relief valve is installed.
- The cross port relief valve will used to control pressure spikes and give added protection 
for the hydraulic motor which occurs when hard duty jarring and other activities 
are occurring. A safety type pressure gauge, dual scale, is installed to  monitor system
working pressure.
- Hydraulic fluid is supplied from a large capacity reservoir with  breather/strainer filler cap and
sight level/ temperature gauge. Filtration is by a suction strainer and a return filter with bypass 
feature which can allow a wireline job is finished when filter becomes clogged before a filter
change needs is made.
- A filter condition monitoring gauge is installed. All hoses and fittings is sized for maximum flow.  
- Operator’s cabin is of all steel construction and is approximately 6 foot front to back by 8 foot
wide x 6 foot high, interior dimensions.
- The walls, floor, and ceiling is well insulated and a FRP paneling material is installed at
walls and ceiling.
- A large viewing window is installed behind the drum assemblies with opening windows at
entry door.
- Heavy duty hinges and refrigerator type latch is installed at entry door.
- Entry access door is installed driver’s side of body unless otherwise requested.
- A fold down step is incorporated for ease of access to the operator’s compartment.
- A well-padded observer’s bench is installed across rear of the cabin and will have
storage area under.
- A well-padded operator’s seat, with back rest, is installed at the operator’s console area. 
- Operator’s console is installed inside of the cabin assembly and behind the drum assembly.
- All controls is installed with operator safety, comfort, and efficiency in mind.
- Truck body is of flatbed design and will have a diamond pattern tread plate 
flooring installed.
- US Dot lighting is installed as well as mud flaps.
- Underbody tool boxes is installed’ quantity of four. Step rear bumper is installed. 
- Truck body is of flat bed design and all steel construction with a step rear bumper
and diamond pattern flooring and rear skirting. A fabricated head ache rack is
installed behind the driver’s cab. 

- The body is installed onto the truck chassis. 
- Mast is installed at the rear of the body. The mast is of hydraulic operation.
- The mast will reach to 55 feet above the ground.`
- A lubricator storage rack will lie down on the top side of the mast and is set up to allow
the lubricator to stay clamped in position.
- Outriggers is installed at rear of the truck body, one each side, and is used to 
level the truck before mast operations begin. The outriggers is independent of 
one another and is hydraulically operated with controls at rear tailboard of the body. 
- Performance is approximately 1400 feet per minute drum speed and 1400 pounds
pull at mid drum and in 3rd gear on the transmission unless otherwise requested
by the customer. 
- Performance testing is to MW strictest standards. 
- Routine maintenance is made easy 
- Two sets operation, parts, maintenance manuals on the wireline unit is supplied with
the equipment.
- Lighting 12 volt DC, both sides of the drum assemblies and interior of the cabin.
- Climate control roof mount air conditioner 120 volt AC and hot water heater 12 volt DC

Tool boxes can be installed on both the side of the flat bed body, (2) 4 foot long.
(1) Vee design tool racks on bed of truck body qty 6 trays steel construction.
(1) 4’ Omega type measure meter with .108 register wheel with depth counter
mounted close for operators viewing. Mechanical depth counter, footage measure
is installed. 
(1) 3’ Omega type measure meter with .108 register wheel with depth counter
mounted close for operators viewing. Mechanical depth counter, footage
measure is installed.
(1) 12” Hay Pulley Assembly with full swivel mounting eye and side loading safety
latch. Frame is of billet aluminum for greater strength and lighter weight. 12 inch
diameter wheel .108 is carburized for longer life
(1) Floor sheave stand for above.
(1) Line wiper with mounting bracket .108 or .125
(1) Wireline clamp
(1) Weight indicator with 50 feet of hydraulic hose between dial and load cell.
Dial is installed at operator’s console and load cell and hose storage
rack is installed.
