• Hydraulic pedestal crane model : National OS-435 H.D
• Original year of manufacture : 1981
• Boom length : 42.675m (140ft)
• Weight : 105,400 Lbs / 47, 810Kg (incl. Boom)
• Main hoist capacity : 28,875Kg @ 19.5m (platform duty)
• Whip hoist capacity : 7,275Kg @ 46.5m (platform duty)
Overhaul included :
- Full engine overhaul including Dyno Test
- Triple Gearbox refurbished
- Booms & A-frame blasted, painted & NDT inspection completed
- Bridle Assembly inspected and NDT
- All sheaves & shafts inspected and NDT
- Slew bearing refurbished and NDT
- Boom, Main and Whip rope winches inspected
- Brake band linings renewed
- All brake cylinders refurbished and pressure tested including Pawl cylinder
- Installation of slewing limit swit ches (change to original (OEM) spec)
- New hydraulic hoses installed and pressure tested
- Hydraulic pumps and motors refurbished and performance tested
- New wire ropes (Main & Whip hoist) and Pendant lines installed
- Refurbished operators cabins with new gauges , and air conditioning unit
- New Mipeg Rated Capacity Indicator (RCI) System
- Painted to marine specification
• Rated for Zone 2 safe operations
• MOM certified (Singapore Ministry of Manpower)
• All structural inspection reports available
