Description :
Our Piping System is a multi - layered piping system,
where the inner layer is highly resistant to physical
abrasions,while the out layers provide mechanical and
structural strength to the products.
Applications mainly involving material transfer, where
the transferred media consists of solid granules and
particles that are major causes of thermoplastic piping
under - performance, especially when the media is being
transferred at a high mass - flow rate and/or under
high pressure.
Abrasion Resistance - an insight :
Gravel, rocks, sharp stones and acidic effluent or chemicals
can all contribute to the erosion and corrosion of pipes.
In scientific testing, Our Piping System shows strong
abrasion resistance with considerably reduced wear rates
compared to other materials. Pipeline inner surfaces can be
worn away over time by corrosive substances and abrasive
bed loads containing gravel, rocks or sharp stones.
Abrasion rates : Abrasion rates increase with fluid velocity and
pipe diameter and depend on a number od factors such as flow rate,
fluid velocity, size and shape of debris/particles etc.
It is a cost - effective piping system, has been specifically
developed to withstand internal abrasion and erosion so that the
piping can be used for a long time. It combines HDPE Pipes
with a proprietary resistant inner layer to give best quality
abrasion resistant pipes.

The need for an Abrasion Resistant Piping System :
Slurry flow causes abrasion in Piping Systems.
Turbulent flow is deal for reducing the wear on polyethylene
piping during operation.
Our pipe has better resistance to slurry flow abrasion
than conventional thermoplastic pipes.
