Specifications

Section 1 – Unitized Trailer

1.1 Trailer

One (1) only custom gooseneck style trailer mounted coiled tubing unit (TM CTU).

Features and Specifications :

1.2 Folding Wing Walks

Features and Specifications :
- Ladders and walkways will be of strong lightweight design for ease of handling and storage.
- Folding walkways grip strut type, 2 ft. wide along both sides of trailer with ground access ladders.
- Walkways flush with equipment deck when folded down;
- Catwalks will not interfere with equipment in stored position.
- Ladders, one (1) each side to upper level from lower deck and two (2) from lower deck to ground
on each side of trailer.

1.3 Tool Box and Racks

Features and Specifications :
- One (1) each, above deck toolbox with tools storage are provided.
- One (1) set of racks and hold-downs for injector telescoping aluminum support legs.
- One (1) set of racks and hold downs for injector 3-ft.steel, maintenance support legs.

1.4 Hoses

- Injector supply, injector control and BOP hoses are spooled on hydraulically powered hose reels
and are equipped with quick disconnects (QD's) on one end.  - Hose support clamps and chains
will be utilized on all hose groups of four (4) or more.  Hose clamps will be installed to allow
enough hose slack for easy connection of hoses. Tagged with stainless steel washers behind
QD's.

1.5 Assembly, Painting, Unitization, Testing and Manuals

- Complete complex of equipment will be sandblasted, primed and painted.  Color to be specified
by the customer.
- Trailer deck covered with grip strut type decking where equipment is not located.
- All equipment skids will be attached with heavy-duty pins / mounts for fast easy removal and
installation. Pins to have a generous tapered point to help with installation.
- Guards installed to protect fittings and hoses that would otherwise be exposed for potential
damage.
- All hydraulic valve functions and directions clearly defined and labeled.  All hose connections
and mating bulkhead connections labeled with identification numbers.
- All pins have retaining chains.  Chain length will be generously long to allow easy pin
installation.  Chain will be fixed to the pin in a manner that will not interfere with tapping pins
in place with a hammer.
- Lifting and attachment pad eye sizes and thickness match relevant standards and
accommodate standard size shackles.
- Supply and installation of all required fittings, hoses, connections and miscellaneous items
necessary to complete the unitization of trailer and equipment.  Including all labor and hardware
required to assemble and install all coiled tubing components on the trailer. - All components
and equipment will be assembled, fitted and function tested before shipment.  The seller will
supply all fuels, lubricants and other necessary fluids to conduct these tests.
- All controls will be clearly labeled.
- Three (3) each, operating manuals will be supplied.

Section 2 - Control Cabin and Operator’s Console

2.1 Control Cabin

The control cabin is constructed of an aluminum box tubing frame with sheet aluminum outer
skin. The cabin provides all hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical controls for coiled tubing
operations and hydraulically telescopes to allow the operator clear visual access to the reel
and injector head.  Telescoping control has local access on the trailer deck beside the cabin.

Features and Specifications:
- Cabin is insulated and the interior walls are covered with white, washable panels.
- Two (2) side access doors incorporate:  Window, rain gutter, and stainless steel hardware
(each side of cabin). Sliding type read and side windows with rain gutters and lockable doors
have key locks.
- One (1) interior 12 VDC, fluorescent light is provided.  Light will be located to minimize front
window glare and maximize interior visibility.  Interior wiring is sub-surface mounted. 110 vac
outlets and lighting is also provided for use with provided generator system.
- One (1) "Captain's," swivel style chair for operator.
- A bench seat is fitted against the rear of the cabin with storage space below.
- Two AC units to provide a Minimum cooling capacity up to 4.5 Kw
- Air horn provided as a ground personnel alert device;  button mounted on the control panel.
- Two (2) 12 VDC, spot and floodlights are mounted externally on front of cabin  and are
adjustable from cabin interior.

2.2 Operator Control Console

Features and Specifications :
- One (1) 4-bank valve for BOP directional control, with isolation valve and a flip up lock out safety
latch.  Directional control valve has internal load checks to prevent pressure drop when individual
banks are operated.
- BOP pressure gauge.  0-5000 psi with a 2 1/2" face.
- Emergency air over oil pump and with manual hand pump feature to operate BOP, stripper and
injector traction circuits in the event normal supply pressure is lost.
- Stripper circuit, includes:  pressure regulator, directional control valve and gauge 0-3,000 psi,
2 1/2" face, for stripper / packer operation.
- 8" face hydraulic weight indicator gauge for injector pull and push force, scale is in 250 lbs.
increments.
- Supply valves, bleed valves and gauges for injection traction circuits.  Common inlet supply
controlled by a pressure reducing valve.  Gauges are 0-2,000 psi.
- Joystick controller for precise injector speed and direction control.
- Injector brake is automatic.
- Relief valve for injector force (pull / push) control.
- Pressure gauge for injector drive.  4" face, 0-3000 psi.
- On / off air valves, for injector chain and tubing reel lubrication.
- Hydraulic valve, 3-bank directional control is used for control of tubing reel pay-off/take-up,
levelwind arm raise / lower and levelwind override.  This bank valve is of mid-inlet design to allow
two separate inlet supplies and one common return.  The override control handle is taller and
located for ease of operation.  The reel take-up / pay-off handle has a normal position safety lock
to prevent accidental shifting during operation.

- Reel brake off / on functioning is automatic.
- Relief valve for reel tension (pay-off / take-up pressure) control.
- Reel Pressure gauge.  4 1/2" face, 0-3,000 psi.
- Two (2) 6" face, 0-5,000 psi, pressure gauges for wellhead pressure and circulating pressure.
4:1, gauge de-boosters are utilized to prevent pumped or well fluids from entering control cabin.
Gauges are located in close proximity to the weight indicator on the control panel for ease of
operator viewing.
- Controls for engine speed, normal and emergency shut down.
- Outside injector drive chain tension pressure control valve and pressure / bleed valves with
pressure gauge, 2 1/2" face, 0-600 psi.
- Engine start button.
- Engine gauges include RPM, oil pressure, water temperature, and voltage/amperage.
- Two (2), 12 v fans will be mounted at each side of front window.
- Console panel is aluminum with engraved labeling for all controls, gauges and valves.  Panel
is angled for ease of viewing and access to controls.
- BOP accumulators consists of one (1) each, 10 gal. bladder type accumulators. Reserve
control system accumulator, (1) each 5 gal. bladder type. Both accumulators provide stored
volume and pressure for BOP and system control in the event of engine shutdown. These
accumulators are mounted directly in front of the control cabin.

Section 3 - Wet Kit Trailer mounted (HPS)

3.1 Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems

Features and Specifications :
- HPS (hydraulic power system) is powered by a trailer mounted Engine via a pump drive. The
pump drive supplies horsepower to drive the hydraulic pumps. The hydraulic pumps are
mounted directly to the pump drive. The pumps are engaged and disengaged by an electric
selector switch in the tractor cab.
- All the hydraulic system accessories such as: Hydraulic tank, heat exchanger, gauge panel,
mounts, supports, etc. are also trailer mounted. This integrated package comprises what is
known in the industry as a “wet kit”. This wet kit supplies all the hydraulics required for coiled
tubing operations.
- A Closed Loop Hydraulic System (Pressure compensated, piston pump) is utilized to power
the injector.  All necessary controls, filters and valves are supplied for safe operations for
maximum injector pull and running speed.
- Two (2) additional pump compensated pump are used for tubing reel drive, BOP and Priority
(control) and other auxiliary systems. These circuits are designed for optimal performance and
minimal heat generation.

Desiel Engine (Cat C15) or Client perference : 540 HP @ 1800 to 2200 rpm
Hydraulic oil reservoir : 140 US gallons.
Bladder type BOP accumulators, (total) : 10 gallons.
Control console hand pump reservoir :  5 gallons.
Control circuit accumulator :  5 gallons.
Hight pressure Hydraulic Filter Set : 1 set.

Section 4 - Tubing Injector

4.1 Injector Head
One only supplied, OS 80K (TBG INJ)

Features and Specifications :
- Hydraulic motor drive, wet-disc style, spring applied / pressure release brakes.
- Supplied with 1 1/2" chains for coiled tubing operations. 
- Drive shaft, sprockets and synchronizing gears, are used to provide superior drive component
strength and durability.
- Each shaft drive is bearing supported.
- Skate design for maximum longevity.
- Remote (control console) hydraulic chain traction controls.  Each has individual controls to
insure redundant system safety.  Each cylinder set is equipped with bladder style accumulators
to reduce shock loads from tubing abnormalities.
- Injector mounted load cell with drive frame support for load cell bladder protection during
transporting.
- 96" radius tubing guide arch (gooseneck) with steel rollers.  Adjustable arch positioning
over drive chain center.  Pick-up chain provided for easy removal and installation of gooseneck.
- Impact resistant steel protective frames.
- Four (4) points lift eyes complete with single 4-part lift sling.
- High-pressure inline filters assemblies located between injector motors and counter
balance valves.
- High pressure welded steel plumbing on motor circuits for safety.
- Easy access grease fittings to insure proper lubrication.
- Piloted lower bearings to insure precision alignment and insure transmission of loads
through the side plates to increase component life.
- Four (4) Aluminum telescopic support / stabilizer legs with adjustable leveling screw.
- Four (4) 3 ft. long steel work legs.
- Coupling panel with numbered quick couplings for fast set-up.  Numbers match numbered
stainless steel washers on hoses retained by hose quick disconnect.
- Protective grids on all interior access ways for added protection to operators.
- Ladder integrated into frame to access top of injector.
- Lifting points located on all four top corners.  Complete with four (4) 1/2" wire ropes slings,
bails and shackles. - All hydraulic connections will be centrally located on a bulkhead(s). 
Connections will be clearly labeled, integral check valve type quick connects.  Mechanical
supports (chain hooks) will be provided to prevent excess strain on hose bundle and quick
disconnects.  Hose bundles will be equipped with bundle clamps and support chain.
- Capable of accepting optional chains sizes 1 1/4" to 2 7/8”
- Lower base mounting for standard stripper / packer.

Pull capacity : 80,000 lbs. Maximum 30,000 lbs snubbing.
Maximum running speed : 200 ft./min.
Load cell & weight indicator system : 80,000 lb.
Chain lubrication system, reservoir capacity : 5 gallons. Mounted on carrier.

Section 5 - Tubing Reel

5.1 Reel
One (1) only, CTU operational reel with heavy duty skid base design. Reel drum is recessed
below the trailer main frame rails to reduce overall unit height. A formed steel pan below the
reel serves as a tubing protection and drip pan. Dip pan area has two (2), 2" npt drain ports
with plugs.

Both drum flanges are covered with expanded metal for spoke protected and easy viewing
of tubing.

Reel drive is via a hydraulic motor and planetary gearbox with integral brake.  Crossover relief
valve protection is provided for motor.  Hydraulic brake system is designed to prevent
accidental over pull across tubing guide arch if injector is engaged without the reel brake being
released.

Ballscrew levelwind with automatic mechanical drive of tubing support trolley and counter
assembly.  A hydraulic motor override system allows operator to override mechanical system
and position tubing as required.  Levelwind arms are hydraulically raised from horizontal
position to working height angle from control cabin.  A pilot operated check valve provides
positive position lock of hydraulic cylinders.

Features and Specifications :
- Heavy duty, dual cross member design, trolley tracking guide and counter assembly.
- External manifold, 10,000 psi with inlet connections and shut-off valve between swivel and inlet.
- Internal plumbing manifold, 10,000 psi with shut-off valve between axles and drum core. 
Incorporates a "tee" for plug and ball launching.
- Spreader bar assembly with slings and shackles for lifting reel without damaging drum flanges
is provided.
- All hydraulic and pneumatic connections made at quick disconnect coupling panel located at
side of reel skid. All connections are numbered.
- Mechanical counter and tubing support (trolley).  Heavy duty, 4-roller support / guide, free
floating counter design. Locking pins are incorporated for strength and positive locking.  The
counter wheel is case hardened, precision ground for accuracy and long life.
- Counter is calibrated in meters.  Counter comes complete with a five (5) digit 3/4" high
numbers, Veeter Root mechanical counter.  Depth display is easily viewed from control cabin.
- Reel drum tie down points are provided on one drum flange to secure drum during transport.
   
Minimum working depth capacity : 20,000 ft. (with 1 1/2" tubing).
External manifold (field iron inlet piping) : 10,000 psi WP.
Internal manifold (tubing connection piping) : 10,000 psi WP.
Height : 13 ft.-6 in. (sitting on trailer)

Section 6 – Coiled Tubing

6.1 Tubing
One (1) only reel, coiled tubing string.  Standard is 1 1/2” OD coil tubing; wall thickness and
exact length will be predetermined with customer.

Section 7 - Well Control Equipment

7.1 Quad BOP's
One (1) set of 4 1/16” X 10K QUAD BOP’S; rams hydraulically function from top to bottom.
BOP’s come complete with integral, ram section equalizing valves. All ram sets have mechanical,
manual locking devices and external ram position indicators.

Section 1 – Unitized Trailer

1.1 Trailer

One (1) only custom gooseneck style trailer mounted coiled tubing unit (TM CTU).

1.2 Folding Wing Walks

Features and Specifications :
- Ladders and walkways will be of strong lightweight design for ease of handling and storage.
- Folding walkways grip strut type, 2 ft. wide along both sides of trailer with ground access ladders.
- Walkways flush with equipment deck when folded down;
- Catwalks will not interfere with equipment in stored position.
- Ladders, one (1) each side to upper level from lower deck and two (2) from lower deck to ground
on each side of trailer.

1.3 Tool Box and Racks

Features and Specifications :
- One (1) each, above deck toolbox with tools storage are provided.
- One (1) set of racks and hold-downs for injector telescoping aluminum support legs.
- One (1) set of racks and hold downs for injector 3-ft.steel, maintenance support legs.

1.4 Hoses

- Injector supply, injector control and BOP hoses are spooled on hydraulically powered hose reels
and are equipped with quick disconnects (QD's) on one end.  - Hose support clamps and chains
will be utilized on all hose groups of four (4) or more.  Hose clamps will be installed to allow
enough hose slack for easy connection of hoses. Tagged with stainless steel washers behind
QD's.

1.5 Assembly, Painting, Unitization, Testing and Manuals

- Complete complex of equipment will be sandblasted, primed and painted.  Color to be specified
by the customer.
- Trailer deck covered with grip strut type decking where equipment is not located.
- All equipment skids will be attached with heavy-duty pins / mounts for fast easy removal and
installation. Pins to have a generous tapered point to help with installation.
- Guards installed to protect fittings and hoses that would otherwise be exposed for potential
damage.
- All hydraulic valve functions and directions clearly defined and labeled.  All hose connections
and mating bulkhead connections labeled with identification numbers.
- All pins have retaining chains.  Chain length will be generously long to allow easy pin
installation.  Chain will be fixed to the pin in a manner that will not interfere with tapping pins
in place with a hammer.
- Lifting and attachment pad eye sizes and thickness match relevant standards and
accommodate standard size shackles.
- Supply and installation of all required fittings, hoses, connections and miscellaneous items
necessary to complete the unitization of trailer and equipment.  Including all labor and hardware
required to assemble and install all coiled tubing components on the trailer. - All components
and equipment will be assembled, fitted and function tested before shipment.  The seller will
supply all fuels, lubricants and other necessary fluids to conduct these tests.
- All controls will be clearly labeled.
- Three (3) each, operating manuals will be supplied.

Section 2 - Control Cabin and Operator’s Console

2.1 Control Cabin

The control cabin is constructed of an aluminum box tubing frame with sheet aluminum outer
skin. The cabin provides all hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical controls for coiled tubing
operations and hydraulically telescopes to allow the operator clear visual access to the reel
and injector head.  Telescoping control has local access on the trailer deck beside the cabin.

Features and Specifications:
- Cabin is insulated and the interior walls are covered with white, washable panels.
- Two (2) side access doors incorporate:  Window, rain gutter, and stainless steel hardware
(each side of cabin). Sliding type read and side windows with rain gutters and lockable doors
have key locks.
- One (1) interior 12 VDC, fluorescent light is provided.  Light will be located to minimize front
window glare and maximize interior visibility.  Interior wiring is sub-surface mounted. 110 vac
outlets and lighting is also provided for use with provided generator system.
- One (1) "Captain's," swivel style chair for operator.
- A bench seat is fitted against the rear of the cabin with storage space below.
- Two AC units to provide a Minimum cooling capacity up to 4.5 Kw
- Air horn provided as a ground personnel alert device;  button mounted on the control panel.
- Two (2) 12 VDC, spot and floodlights are mounted externally on front of cabin  and are
adjustable from cabin interior.

2.2 Operator Control Console

Features and Specifications :
- One (1) 4-bank valve for BOP directional control, with isolation valve and a flip up lock out safety
latch.  Directional control valve has internal load checks to prevent pressure drop when individual
banks are operated.
- BOP pressure gauge.  0-5000 psi with a 2 1/2" face.
- Emergency air over oil pump and with manual hand pump feature to operate BOP, stripper and
injector traction circuits in the event normal supply pressure is lost.
- Stripper circuit, includes:  pressure regulator, directional control valve and gauge 0-3,000 psi,
2 1/2" face, for stripper / packer operation.
- 8" face hydraulic weight indicator gauge for injector pull and push force, scale is in 250 lbs.
increments.
- Supply valves, bleed valves and gauges for injection traction circuits.  Common inlet supply
controlled by a pressure reducing valve.  Gauges are 0-2,000 psi.
- Joystick controller for precise injector speed and direction control.
- Injector brake is automatic.
- Relief valve for injector force (pull / push) control.
- Pressure gauge for injector drive.  4" face, 0-3000 psi.
- On / off air valves, for injector chain and tubing reel lubrication.
- Hydraulic valve, 3-bank directional control is used for control of tubing reel pay-off/take-up,
levelwind arm raise / lower and levelwind override.  This bank valve is of mid-inlet design to allow
two separate inlet supplies and one common return.  The override control handle is taller and
located for ease of operation.  The reel take-up / pay-off handle has a normal position safety lock
to prevent accidental shifting during operation.

- Reel brake off / on functioning is automatic.
- Relief valve for reel tension (pay-off / take-up pressure) control.
- Reel Pressure gauge.  4 1/2" face, 0-3,000 psi.
- Two (2) 6" face, 0-5,000 psi, pressure gauges for wellhead pressure and circulating pressure.
4:1, gauge de-boosters are utilized to prevent pumped or well fluids from entering control cabin.
Gauges are located in close proximity to the weight indicator on the control panel for ease of
operator viewing.
- Controls for engine speed, normal and emergency shut down.
- Outside injector drive chain tension pressure control valve and pressure / bleed valves with
pressure gauge, 2 1/2" face, 0-600 psi.
- Engine start button.
- Engine gauges include RPM, oil pressure, water temperature, and voltage/amperage.
- Two (2), 12 v fans will be mounted at each side of front window.
- Console panel is aluminum with engraved labeling for all controls, gauges and valves.  Panel
is angled for ease of viewing and access to controls.
- BOP accumulators consists of one (1) each, 10 gal. bladder type accumulators. Reserve
control system accumulator, (1) each 5 gal. bladder type. Both accumulators provide stored
volume and pressure for BOP and system control in the event of engine shutdown. These
accumulators are mounted directly in front of the control cabin.

Section 3 - Wet Kit Trailer mounted (HPS)

3.1 Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems

Features and Specifications :
- HPS (hydraulic power system) is powered by a trailer mounted Engine via a pump drive. The
pump drive supplies horsepower to drive the hydraulic pumps. The hydraulic pumps are
mounted directly to the pump drive. The pumps are engaged and disengaged by an electric
selector switch in the tractor cab.
- All the hydraulic system accessories such as: Hydraulic tank, heat exchanger, gauge panel,
mounts, supports, etc. are also trailer mounted. This integrated package comprises what is
known in the industry as a “wet kit”. This wet kit supplies all the hydraulics required for coiled
tubing operations.
- A Closed Loop Hydraulic System (Pressure compensated, piston pump) is utilized to power
the injector.  All necessary controls, filters and valves are supplied for safe operations for
maximum injector pull and running speed.
- Two (2) additional pump compensated pump are used for tubing reel drive, BOP and Priority
(control) and other auxiliary systems. These circuits are designed for optimal performance and
minimal heat generation.

Section 4 - Tubing Injector

4.1 Injector Head
One only supplied, OS 80K (TBG INJ)

Features and Specifications :
- Hydraulic motor drive, wet-disc style, spring applied / pressure release brakes.
- Supplied with 1 1/2" chains for coiled tubing operations. 
- Drive shaft, sprockets and synchronizing gears, are used to provide superior drive component
strength and durability.
- Each shaft drive is bearing supported.
- Skate design for maximum longevity.
- Remote (control console) hydraulic chain traction controls.  Each has individual controls to
insure redundant system safety.  Each cylinder set is equipped with bladder style accumulators
to reduce shock loads from tubing abnormalities.
- Injector mounted load cell with drive frame support for load cell bladder protection during
transporting.
- 96" radius tubing guide arch (gooseneck) with steel rollers.  Adjustable arch positioning
over drive chain center.  Pick-up chain provided for easy removal and installation of gooseneck.
- Impact resistant steel protective frames.
- Four (4) points lift eyes complete with single 4-part lift sling.
- High-pressure inline filters assemblies located between injector motors and counter
balance valves.
- High pressure welded steel plumbing on motor circuits for safety.
- Easy access grease fittings to insure proper lubrication.
- Piloted lower bearings to insure precision alignment and insure transmission of loads
through the side plates to increase component life.
- Four (4) Aluminum telescopic support / stabilizer legs with adjustable leveling screw.
- Four (4) 3 ft. long steel work legs.
- Coupling panel with numbered quick couplings for fast set-up.  Numbers match numbered
stainless steel washers on hoses retained by hose quick disconnect.
- Protective grids on all interior access ways for added protection to operators.
- Ladder integrated into frame to access top of injector.
- Lifting points located on all four top corners.  Complete with four (4) 1/2" wire ropes slings,
bails and shackles. - All hydraulic connections will be centrally located on a bulkhead(s). 
Connections will be clearly labeled, integral check valve type quick connects.  Mechanical
supports (chain hooks) will be provided to prevent excess strain on hose bundle and quick
disconnects.  Hose bundles will be equipped with bundle clamps and support chain.
- Capable of accepting optional chains sizes 1 1/4" to 2 7/8”
- Lower base mounting for standard stripper / packer.

Pull capacity : 80,000 lbs. Maximum 30,000 lbs snubbing.
Maximum running speed : 200 ft./min.
Load cell & weight indicator system : 80,000 lb.
Chain lubrication system, reservoir capacity : 5 gallons. Mounted on carrier.

Section 5 - Tubing Reel

5.1 Reel
One (1) only, CTU operational reel with heavy duty skid base design. Reel drum is recessed
below the trailer main frame rails to reduce overall unit height. A formed steel pan below the
reel serves as a tubing protection and drip pan. Dip pan area has two (2), 2" npt drain ports
with plugs.

Both drum flanges are covered with expanded metal for spoke protected and easy viewing
of tubing.

Reel drive is via a hydraulic motor and planetary gearbox with integral brake.  Crossover relief
valve protection is provided for motor.  Hydraulic brake system is designed to prevent
accidental over pull across tubing guide arch if injector is engaged without the reel brake being
released.

Ballscrew levelwind with automatic mechanical drive of tubing support trolley and counter
assembly.  A hydraulic motor override system allows operator to override mechanical system
and position tubing as required.  Levelwind arms are hydraulically raised from horizontal
position to working height angle from control cabin.  A pilot operated check valve provides
positive position lock of hydraulic cylinders.

Features and Specifications :
- Heavy duty, dual cross member design, trolley tracking guide and counter assembly.
- External manifold, 10,000 psi with inlet connections and shut-off valve between swivel and inlet.
- Internal plumbing manifold, 10,000 psi with shut-off valve between axles and drum core. 
Incorporates a "tee" for plug and ball launching.
- Spreader bar assembly with slings and shackles for lifting reel without damaging drum flanges
is provided.
- All hydraulic and pneumatic connections made at quick disconnect coupling panel located at
side of reel skid. All connections are numbered.
- Mechanical counter and tubing support (trolley).  Heavy duty, 4-roller support / guide, free
floating counter design. Locking pins are incorporated for strength and positive locking.  The
counter wheel is case hardened, precision ground for accuracy and long life.
- Counter is calibrated in meters.  Counter comes complete with a five (5) digit 3/4" high
numbers, Veeter Root mechanical counter.  Depth display is easily viewed from control cabin.
- Reel drum tie down points are provided on one drum flange to secure drum during transport.
   
Minimum working depth capacity : 20,000 ft. (with 1 1/2" tubing).
External manifold (field iron inlet piping) : 10,000 psi WP.
Internal manifold (tubing connection piping) : 10,000 psi WP.
Height : 13 ft.-6 in. (sitting on trailer)

Section 6 – Coiled Tubing

6.1 Tubing
One (1) only reel, coiled tubing string.  Standard is 1 1/2” OD coil tubing; wall thickness and
exact length will be predetermined with customer.

Section 7 - Well Control Equipment

7.1 Quad BOP's
One (1) set of 4 1/16” X 10K QUAD BOP’S; rams hydraulically function from top to bottom.
BOP’s come complete with integral, ram section equalizing valves. All ram sets have mechanical,
manual locking devices and external ram position indicators.

in place with a hammer.
- Lifting and attachment pad eye sizes and thickness match relevant standards and
accommodate standard size shackles.
- Supply and installation of all required fittings, hoses, connections and miscellaneous items
necessary to complete the unitization of trailer and equipment.  Including all labor and hardware
required to assemble and install all coiled tubing components on the trailer. - All components
and equipment will be assembled, fitted and function tested before shipment.  The seller will
supply all fuels, lubricants and other necessary fluids to conduct these tests.
- All controls will be clearly labeled.
- Three (3) each, operating manuals will be supplied.

Section 2 - Control Cabin and Operator’s Console

2.1 Control Cabin

The control cabin is constructed of an aluminum box tubing frame with sheet aluminum outer
skin. The cabin provides all hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical controls for coiled tubing
operations and hydraulically telescopes to allow the operator clear visual access to the reel
and injector head.  Telescoping control has local access on the trailer deck beside the cabin.

Features and Specifications:
- Cabin is insulated and the interior walls are covered with white, washable panels.
- Two (2) side access doors incorporate:  Window, rain gutter, and stainless steel hardware
(each side of cabin). Sliding type read and side windows with rain gutters and lockable doors
have key locks.
- One (1) interior 12 VDC, fluorescent light is provided.  Light will be located to minimize front
window glare and maximize interior visibility.  Interior wiring is sub-surface mounted. 110 vac
outlets and lighting is also provided for use with provided generator system.
- One (1) "Captain's," swivel style chair for operator.
- A bench seat is fitted against the rear of the cabin with storage space below.
- Two AC units to provide a Minimum cooling capacity up to 4.5 Kw
- Air horn provided as a ground personnel alert device;  button mounted on the control panel.
- Two (2) 12 VDC, spot and floodlights are mounted externally on front of cabin  and are
adjustable from cabin interior.

2.2 Operator Control Console

Features and Specifications :
- One (1) 4-bank valve for BOP directional control, with isolation valve and a flip up lock out safety
latch.  Directional control valve has internal load checks to prevent pressure drop when individual
banks are operated.
- BOP pressure gauge.  0-5000 psi with a 2 1/2" face.
- Emergency air over oil pump and with manual hand pump feature to operate BOP, stripper and
injector traction circuits in the event normal supply pressure is lost.
- Stripper circuit, includes:  pressure regulator, directional control valve and gauge 0-3,000 psi,
2 1/2" face, for stripper / packer operation.
- 8" face hydraulic weight indicator gauge for injector pull and push force, scale is in 250 lbs.

- Supply valves, bleed valves and gauges for injection traction circuits.  Common inlet supply
controlled by a pressure reducing valve.  Gauges are 0-2,000 psi.
- Joystick controller for precise injector speed and direction control.
- Injector brake is automatic.

- Pressure gauge for injector drive.  4" face, 0-3000 psi.
- On / off air valves, for injector chain and tubing reel lubrication.
- Hydraulic valve, 3-bank directional control is used for control of tubing reel pay-off/take-up,
levelwind arm raise / lower and levelwind override.  This bank valve is of mid-inlet design to allow
two separate inlet supplies and one common return.  The override control handle is taller and
located for ease of operation.  The reel take-up / pay-off handle has a normal position safety lock
to prevent accidental shifting during operation.

- Reel brake off / on functioning is automatic.
- Relief valve for reel tension (pay-off / take-up pressure) control.
- Reel Pressure gauge.  4 1/2" face, 0-3,000 psi.
- Two (2) 6" face, 0-5,000 psi, pressure gauges for wellhead pressure and circulating pressure.
4:1, gauge de-boosters are utilized to prevent pumped or well fluids from entering control cabin.
Gauges are located in close proximity to the weight indicator on the control panel for ease of
operator viewing.
- Controls for engine speed, normal and emergency shut down.
- Outside injector drive chain tension pressure control valve and pressure / bleed valves with
pressure gauge, 2 1/2" face, 0-600 psi.
- Engine start button.
- Engine gauges include RPM, oil pressure, water temperature, and voltage/amperage.
- Two (2), 12 v fans will be mounted at each side of front window.
- Console panel is aluminum with engraved labeling for all controls, gauges and valves.  Panel
is angled for ease of viewing and access to controls.
- BOP accumulators consists of one (1) each, 10 gal. bladder type accumulators. Reserve
control system accumulator, (1) each 5 gal. bladder type. Both accumulators provide stored
volume and pressure for BOP and system control in the event of engine shutdown. These
accumulators are mounted directly in front of the control cabin.

Section 3 - Wet Kit Trailer mounted (HPS)

3.1 Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems

Features and Specifications :
- HPS (hydraulic power system) is powered by a trailer mounted Engine via a pump drive. The
pump drive supplies horsepower to drive the hydraulic pumps. The hydraulic pumps are
mounted directly to the pump drive. The pumps are engaged and disengaged by an electric
selector switch in the tractor cab.
- All the hydraulic system accessories such as: Hydraulic tank, heat exchanger, gauge panel,
mounts, supports, etc. are also trailer mounted. This integrated package comprises what is
known in the industry as a “wet kit”. This wet kit supplies all the hydraulics required for coiled
tubing operations.
- A Closed Loop Hydraulic System (Pressure compensated, piston pump) is utilized to power
the injector.  All necessary controls, filters and valves are supplied for safe operations for
maximum injector pull and running speed.
- Two (2) additional pump compensated pump are used for tubing reel drive, BOP and Priority
(control) and other auxiliary systems. These circuits are designed for optimal performance and
minimal heat generation.

Section 4 - Tubing Injector

4.1 Injector Head
One only supplied, OS 80K (TBG INJ)

Features and Specifications :
- Hydraulic motor drive, wet-disc style, spring applied / pressure release brakes.
- Supplied with 1 1/2" chains for coiled tubing operations. 
- Drive shaft, sprockets and synchronizing gears, are used to provide superior drive component

- High-pressure inline filters assemblies located between injector motors and counter
balance valves.

through the side plates to increase component life.
- Four (4) Aluminum telescopic support / stabilizer legs with adjustable leveling screw.
- Four (4) 3 ft. long steel work legs.
- Coupling panel with numbered quick couplings for fast set-up.  Numbers match numbered
stainless steel washers on hoses retained by hose quick disconnect.
- Protective grids on all interior access ways for added protection to operators.
- Ladder integrated into frame to access top of injector.
- Lifting points located on all four top corners.  Complete with four (4) 1/2" wire ropes slings,
bails and shackles. - All hydraulic connections will be centrally located on a bulkhead(s). 
Connections will be clearly labeled, integral check valve type quick connects.  Mechanical
supports (chain hooks) will be provided to prevent excess strain on hose bundle and quick
disconnects.  Hose bundles will be equipped with bundle clamps and support chain.
- Capable of accepting optional chains sizes 1 1/4" to 2 7/8”
- Lower base mounting for standard stripper / packer.

Pull capacity : 80,000 lbs. Maximum 30,000 lbs snubbing.
Maximum running speed : 200 ft./min.
Load cell & weight indicator system : 80,000 lb.
Chain lubrication system, reservoir capacity : 5 gallons. Mounted on carrier.

Section 5 - Tubing Reel

5.1 Reel
One (1) only, CTU operational reel with heavy duty skid base design. Reel drum is recessed
below the trailer main frame rails to reduce overall unit height. A formed steel pan below the
reel serves as a tubing protection and drip pan. Dip pan area has two (2), 2" npt drain ports
with plugs.

Both drum flanges are covered with expanded metal for spoke protected and easy viewing
of tubing.

Reel drive is via a hydraulic motor and planetary gearbox with integral brake.  Crossover relief
valve protection is provided for motor.  Hydraulic brake system is designed to prevent
accidental over pull across tubing guide arch if injector is engaged without the reel brake being
released.

Ballscrew levelwind with automatic mechanical drive of tubing support trolley and counter
assembly.  A hydraulic motor override system allows operator to override mechanical system
and position tubing as required.  Levelwind arms are hydraulically raised from horizontal
position to working height angle from control cabin.  A pilot operated check valve provides
positive position lock of hydraulic cylinders.

Features and Specifications :
- Heavy duty, dual cross member design, trolley tracking guide and counter assembly.
- External manifold, 10,000 psi with inlet connections and shut-off valve between swivel and inlet.
- Internal plumbing manifold, 10,000 psi with shut-off valve between axles and drum core. 
Incorporates a "tee" for plug and ball launching.
- Spreader bar assembly with slings and shackles for lifting reel without damaging drum flanges
is provided.
- All hydraulic and pneumatic connections made at quick disconnect coupling panel located at
side of reel skid. All connections are numbered.
- Mechanical counter and tubing support (trolley).  Heavy duty, 4-roller support / guide, free
floating counter design. Locking pins are incorporated for strength and positive locking.  The
counter wheel is case hardened, precision ground for accuracy and long life.
- Counter is calibrated in meters.  Counter comes complete with a five (5) digit 3/4" high
numbers, Veeter Root mechanical counter.  Depth display is easily viewed from control cabin.
- Reel drum tie down points are provided on one drum flange to secure drum during transport.
   
Minimum working depth capacity : 20,000 ft. (with 1 1/2" tubing).
External manifold (field iron inlet piping) : 10,000 psi WP.
Internal manifold (tubing connection piping) : 10,000 psi WP.
Height : 13 ft.-6 in. (sitting on trailer)

Section 6 – Coiled Tubing

6.1 Tubing
One (1) only reel, coiled tubing string.  Standard is 1 1/2” OD coil tubing; wall thickness and
exact length will be predetermined with customer.

Section 7 - Well Control Equipment

7.1 Quad BOP's
One (1) set of 4 1/16” X 10K QUAD BOP’S; rams hydraulically function from top to bottom.
BOP’s come complete with integral, ram section equalizing valves. All ram sets have mechanical,
manual locking devices and external ram position indicators.
