The compression elements KR-CO-101A and KR-CO-101B
are of the type 4HG/2-1, 4 cylinders, 3 stages reciprocating
compressor, driven by main electric motors; Each cylinder
is provided with distance pieces.

KR-CO-101A is equipped with discharge valves and KR-CO-101B
is provided with Hydrocom System. The Customers DCS will
manage all indications, alarm functions and compressor loading.

Share while the Customers SIS will manage the compressor
start/stop sequence, permissive, capacity control functions
(discharge valve), interlocking and firing.

The local control panel (LCP), located in the field near the
compressor without logic, is equipped with signal lamps,
pushbuttons, selectors and Emergency Stop button.

The KR-CO-101A and KR-CO-101B compressors operate in
parallel mode; the second stage discharge of both compressors
is combined into a common head where a 1st and 2nd stage
spill occurs. Valves (KR-PV-1134A and KR-PV-1134B) recycle
gas to compressor suction, the third stage.

The discharge of both compressors is combined into a common
head where the exhaust valves of the third stage are located.

(KR-PV-1141B and KR-PV-1141C) recycle gas to the suction
of the 3rd stage compressors.

The KR-CO-101A/B 1st. and 2nd. compressor stage loads are
controlled by KR-PX-1134E

Pressure control signal between stages, the KR-CO-101A/B 3rd.
compressor stage loads are controlled by KR-PX-1141 discharge
pressure control signal.

The suction pressure of the second stage of the KR-CO-101B is
controlled by adjusting the Hydrocom of the second stage;
capacity control to maintain a fixed pressure in the 2nd stage
KR-CO-101B.
