Description :

Offshore Kingpost Crane, API 2C, 5th Edition.
Boom Length – 120ft (36.5 m), Lattice Boom.
Main Hoist SWL – 60 Metric Ton
Aux. Hoist SWL – 15 Metric Ton
Diesel Engine Operated HPU. (Engine to be fully overhauled & dyno tested)
Man riding crane.
NEW King Post (to be manufactured by OEM, Seatrax).
New Hydraulic Hoses and system with new wire ropes.
All electrical wirings etc be replaced new.
Man riding.
Full set of original OEM documentation, & Certification document available.

Notes :
Crane currently dismantled and being actively being refurbished
and recertified. (4- 5 months delivery ARO).

All booms, gantries and machinery deck, fully dismantled,
blasted and being MPI’d prior to facilitate refurbishment
under 3rd party Inspection. To apply 3 coat marine paint.

Mechanical and Hydraulic equipment being stripped down for
inspection prior to refurbishment.

All winches stripped, blasted, coated with primer and
inspected prior to full refurbishment.

Engine being prepared for full overhaul and dyno test.

Strict compliance to API 2C and RP 2D standards while
refurbishing and witnessed by approvedThird Party. (BV).

All hydraulic hoses, electrical cables etc to be replaced new.

New seals, bearings and equipment damaged beyond repair.

All rigging equipment (blocks etc) stripped, blasted, coated
with primer prior to reassembly and pull test.

New Trimble SLI to be supplied.
