Design, manufacture and supply of underwater viscous drag frond scour control and scour protection systems for Offshore Oil and Gas industry annual IRM programmes, new construction projects, Offshore Wind Farms, Subsea Power and Telecomms Cables and also for Civil Engineering projects such as Bridge Piers and Outfalls (Scour Control Mats and Fronded Concrete Mattresses). Supply of SSCS Safe Anchors - designed to anchor Scour Control Mats but increasingly used for other seabed retention purposes, from anchoring data recorders and GRP gratings to power and telecomms cables. SSCS Safe Anchors are proven and patented: the anchor driven in sand to a depth of 1 metre creates a Lloyds Register and American Bureau of Shipping certificated retaining force of 1tonne. Hard clay, gravel and stiff soil will increase retention force. In coastal trials retention forces were proven in chalk and chalk/flint layers, up to 2.2 tonnes.
