T-1000 Triplex Pump :
The T-1000 is 12'-5 3/8 " (3,794 mm) in length and weighs 38,400 ibs. 
(17,400kg). It has a maximum working pressure of 5,335 psi (36,812 kPa)
and a maximum hp of 1,000 (746 kw) at 140 spm

Frame Design :
The Ideco frame is rigidly fabricated from extra-thick steel plates and
 reinforced at points of greatest stress to maintain alignment of the pump's
moving parts. The frame has double wall construction in the area of the
pinion bearings and main bearings for greater rigidity. The crosshead area is
reinforced with two steel bulkheads

Crankshaft :
Ideco's crankcentric crackshaft is forged from alloy steel shaft for extra
strength. The straight-roller, eccentric bearings have positive-splash
lubrication, while the spherical roller main bearings are pressure lubricated

Pinion Shaft :
The shaft assembly is mounted on straight-roller, pressure-lubricated
bearings to facilitate proper meshing of the double-helical gear set.The 
double-extended shaft feature allows maximum flexibility in unitizing 
the pump to the prime mover.

Crosshead :
The crossheads are made of high strength alloyed ductile iron and replaceable 
crossheads guides made of nodular iron and replaceable crosshead guides made 
of nodular iron providing long life to wearing surfaces. It is lubricated by a 
controlleed-flow system passing through the inner-race wristpin and into the bearing

Fluid End Design :
The fluid end consists of three inter-changeable forgings with valve-over-valve 
construction. Cylinder head and valve-pot covers are screwed into replaceable 
thread rings. The suction connections are located one in center and one on 
either side of the pump.

we will have to look closer into the layout of the new vessel to see how we can

done by others) The helideck as is now rests on four support points only.

3. Re-routing or modification of access points may be required. (cost – to be 
indicated after re-design; budget price between EUR 10-27.000,-) 

4. Recertification by class will probably be required 
(cost: DNV typ. EUR 11.500,- / ABS EUR 11.900,-) 

5. Repainting the helideck markings / ship name (cost: EUR 10.000,-) 

6. Add new landing net (Cost EUR 8.500,-, not required if only 
skid-helicopters like Bell 212 are used) 

7. Add windsock (Cost EUR 14.000,- delivered loose, installation 
will come in addition) 

8. Add hand extinguishers (If missing only. Cost typically EUR 5.000,-) 

9. Add hose reels with cabinets (If missing only. Cost typically EUR 5.000,-) 

10. Holes after ligfting lugs (damage in steel structure) must be 
fixed (Cost EUR 10.000,-)

11. Installation will be charged by manhours / direct cost. This job
