Second coat two pack epoxy to 100 µm dry film thickness iv. Third coat polyurethane finish to 65 µm dry film thickness v. Total; three coats to 200 µm dry film thickness 2. Internal treatment - Pedestal and crane house i. Surface preparation to ISO 8501-1, SA 2.5 ii. First coat zinc rich epoxy primer to 40 µm dry film thickness iii. Second coat two pack epoxy to 75 µm dry film thickness - Oil tank (integrated in crane house) i. 16.2.2.1 Surface preparation to ISO 8501-1, SA 2.5 ii. 16.2.2.2 First coat zinc rich epoxy primer to 40 µm dry film thickness - Boom No treatment as fully closed steel box structure.
