One (1) MF/HF Radiotelephone capable of general radio communication and
transmitting and receiving distress and safety communications on all distress and safety
frequencies in the bands between 1.6 to 27.5 kHz using DSC, radiotelephony and narrow

(f) VHF Handheld Radiotelephones
