1 1000HP Mechanical Skid Mounted Drilling Rig, assembled and manufactured in 2007/8 (brand new). Drawworks/Mast - Skid. The skid is designed to move in 1 load, is covered completely regarding noise reduction and houses the following equipment: Engines and power unit, drawworks, hydraulic system, floor-winches, deadline anchor, Transport dimension: 17.0m long x 3.0m wide x 2.4m high (without mast) Transport weight: approx. 55 tons.
Mast Guyed, telescoping vertical mast, built in accordance with API 4F. Max hook load 2000kN (on 10 lines) Clear height above drill floor is 32.6m (107 ft) Mast main legs to be air pressure tested. 2 3-stage hydraulic cylinders (chrome plated) for raising the mast, with safety chokes to prevent freefall. 2 Single acting, chromed telescoping cylinders for raising the top section.
