Helideck for sale
The helideck is octagonal in shape with maximum dimensions at 24.02 metres at the extremities, with a minimum deck diameter of 22.2 metres from the fore edge of the deck to the 210 deg chevron. This dimension results in a ‘D’ rating of ‘22’ for the deck. The deck has a rated maximum gross tonnage of 13000 Kg (13 tonne) giving a ‘T’ value of 13. The deck is constructed of extruded aluminium plate with a raise friction profile surface. The deck is surrounded by a PVC coated safety net that protrudes outward 1.5 metre at deck level for most of the perimeter of the deck. A fence consisting of metallic tubing frame borders passenger walkways. These fences are collapsed to deck level during takeoff and landing and erected for passenger safety for embarkation and disembarkation. The aiming circle is situated at centre of the deck. All markings on the deck meet the guidelines provided in CAP437.
