Crankshaft : Ideco's crankcentric crackshaft is forged from alloy steel shaft for extra strength. The straight-roller, eccentric bearings have positive-splash lubrication, while the spherical roller main bearings are pressure lubricated
Pinion Shaft : The shaft assembly is mounted on straight-roller, pressure-lubricated bearings to facilitate proper meshing of the double-helical gear set.The double-extended shaft feature allows maximum flexibility in unitizing the pump to the prime mover.
Crosshead : The crossheads are made of high strength alloyed ductile iron and replaceable crossheads guides made of nodular iron and replaceable crosshead guides made of nodular iron providing long life to wearing surfaces. It is lubricated by a controlleed-flow system passing through the inner-race wristpin and into the bearing
Fluid End Design : The fluid end consists of three inter-changeable forgings with valve-over-valve construction. Cylinder head and valve-pot covers are screwed into replaceable thread rings.
